I then had them upgrade and replace my old inside and outside units. Excellent quality and customer service. Chris Pappas responded immediately when my AC unit unexpectedly died. He provided the most competitive price quote for replacement and, in less than a week, he replaced the entire inside air handler and outside pump by himself on a Sunday morning. He showed up on time and delivered the exact service he promised. I have rarely encountered service this reliable and quality this good.
