I had a Carrier condenser unit installed by Elite's DJ and Devin. They arrived early and completed the job quickly and professionally. They took only about 1.5 hours to install the unit, but they did not rush. Both worked diligently and took the time to complete a high quality job. They patiently answered all my questions and kept me posted on progress. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a new AC.

We had our AC unit go out a few years back, and not only did they offer the lowest price in town, but they showed up ready to install a new handler the very next morning. Marshal is hands down one of the best service techs! Answered all questions, and was in and out within an hour, tuning up both of our systems! Always takes the extra care to make sure he's left everything better than he found it. And we always get the same tech, which really gives us confidence in the company that they're taking good care of their employees!

Very easy to set-up the appointment. Technician named Stephen called ahead to let me know he would be arriving shortly. He arrived and I was greeted with a smile and handshake and a positive attitude (and these days that alone is hard to find). I explained my issue and Stephen went to work. Within 10 minutes he had located the issue and physically took the time to show me. Repair was made and work area was left clean upon Stephen leaving. I could not be more happy with Stephen and Elite. Highly recommend and if you get Stephen as your tech tell him I sent you!

Marsh was knowledgeable and friendly. My thermostat registered 90 degrees. He found my problem fixed it and I had air within the hour. Needless to say I was very satisfied with Elite and Marshall. I called in the morning and had same day service. I would definitely request Marshall for a maintenance service in the future. Thank you Elite and Marshall Y'all are 10 stars 🌟 🤩

The technician was very knowledgeable. He told me how to fix the problem myself. I had never heard of this issue on Ask This Old House. I would recommend Elite AC.

Ivan and Bryan did a wonderful job on the install. They were polite clean, on time, and explained the job as they went along.
I priced others in the Duval area and had to ask them to leave my house. Elite's price was on target and they didn't try to double down on the price when they made there sales call.
If you're looking for a straight HVAC company in Duval I would start with Elite.
