Mr smith is a very knowledgeable technician. He diagnosed the situation very thoroughly. We are very happy with him and will request him next time we need a tech.
Marshall was friendly and professional. He did his job in a timely manner and fixed the problem. He explained what to do to prevent this from happening in the future. Marshall also informed me about the maintenance plan the company offered.

Very happy with the entire process of the Elite A/C purchase & install for my new residential unit. My only regret is I cannot remember the name of the initial person who came to explain the product. Zack in the office was very helpful and through. DJ & Devin were also respectful, clean, & pleasant during the install process. Will highly recommend utilizing Elite A/C to anyone who is need of a new HVAC!

First time having my dryer vent and duct cleaned. Recommend by a neighbor and very happy. It was quick and easy and Mel showed me all the stuff that came out. He was very professional and kind and answered all my other questions about a/c tune ups and maintenance. Only thing was when I turned my dryer on it blew alot more stuff out into my yard. Would’ve thought that would’ve came out when they cleaned it but maybe it’s supposed to come out the first time you use your dryer after a cleaning?
Ivan and Bryam installed our new Carrier air conditioner. They were professional on time and courteous. Value for my dollar was excellent and the financing was easy. I will be recommending this company to my family and friends.
I had Elite A/C come out on March 20th do annual maintenance on my system. My tenant had mentioned to them that the unit had froze once before so their technician Marshal looked into it. Marshal said the Capicitor, Contactor Defrost Board and the Relay Fuse had to be replaced but were under warranty. Because of their previous reviews I trusted the technician and went ahead with the repairs. However, the 20 minute job costed $273 even though the parts were under warranty. If that was not bad enough, Marshal's parting words to my tenant was that "it is not a matter if the motor goes, it is just when". This did not sit well with me for a couple of reasons: First, why would you not mention that to the owner and offer to repair or replace when the system is under warranty, also why did you not put it in writing. For this first job I never received a quote, any evidence, or a receipt for the work done.
On May 20th, I had to have Elite AC come back out to look at my unit for the same problem they fixed on the first job. This time they said the motor was bad (hmm...) and somehow my unit was no longer under warranty and the job would be $2300. There was no evidence, or quote given (I had to ask for the quote several times) to show me exactly what was going on and what was going to be done. My system was purchased in July of 2017 so if it was covered back in March it should till be under warranty. With the comment the first technician made and the lack of clarity about my warranty, things didn't sit well with me so I decided to get a second opinion.
The next day I had another company come out. After being in the house for two hours, the technician sent me over 30 pictures, gave me an invoice detailing everything he had done and spoke with me on the phone explaining all the pictures and work. Shockingly the motor was fine and the system simply was not communicating correctly. What could have cost me $2300 fix was now a $300 fix and the system is still working.
After the work was done I decided to call Zach, one of the managers at Elite AC. I let him know that the way the situation presented itself it seemed that either is technicians were either using deceptive practices or they were clearly underqualified. He assured me he would talk to them and get back to me the next day. To my shock he emailed me back the next day stating that he trusts his technicians, they do quality work, and that my motor is going to go out. He also sent me 4 pictures, 3 were just of the thermostat, handler, and unit (I already know what they look like) and 1 picture that had a reading from the unit. I responded to Zach's email twice asking to give specific evidence about the motor and he has yet to reply. I am not even sure at this point my initial repairs were necessary
If you are thinking about using Elite AC for maintenance or repair I would stay far away or at the very least get a second opinion as it may cost you thousands in unnecessary work.
