The entire team at Duck Duck Rooter from the top down have all been great to work with. There responsiveness is exceptional and the quality of work is first-rate. I have worked with DDR just recently on several septic systems and their prices are competitive and the professionalism of office and field personnel is unmatched. Highly recommended.

Great experience, our septic was having issues. Jeff called me back on Sunday and had his team out on Monday.
They did full inspection of our septic and gave us a fair quote on new lid. We thought we would have to have a new septic system so we were very happy.
They kept me updated, came when they said they would and did the job in timely manner.

Let me start this by saying this, The owner Jeff and the guys that work for him on site are absolutely amazing. I am so thankful for them not only being efficient at the job they did, also answering any questions I had. They put our septic tank in, it was done in a few days. Jeff was quick to respond to any question and concerns I had. Definitely recommend!

I think Josh and jordan took care of me. I went from having to wait to flush the toilet because water was coming back up my shower to running all three sinks, both showers, and flushing both toilets at the same time and not hearing even the tiniest of gurgles. First off, I may have gotten lucky that there wasn’t more needed other than some intense labor and know how, but the price was amazing!! My reasonably, hourly-priced heroes. I did some review searches first and other well known companies in town would have been multiple times more expensive. I live in an older home with a crawl space and most things happening under there. In the past, I’ve called AC companies that either didn’t want to do the work or complained the whole time, like I built the house in 1933. These guys didn’t care and were under the house within five minutes of arriving and just handled it. Great work!!! Can’t recommend them enough.

We needed a full septic and drain field replacement for the sale of our home. Duck Duck was amazing! Not only were they very competitively priced, but they delivered on time, and within their estimate! Jeff, the owner, gave us his cell phone # but we never had to use it. The crew was so professional and excellent to work with, as well as Ginger who gave the initial inspection and visited during the work. Jeff called often to give updates and gave us a final curtesy call making sure we were satisfied. The team lead, Russell, was especially a joy to work with. He was very attentive to our needs.

We used this company for a septic issue we had. The owner, Jeff, is a responsive and kind person who will reach out and do anything he can to help. We had the septic system pumped and when that didn't work they had to send a plumber to snake the line. Ryder was the plumber they sent and he was phenomenal! He did great work, as quickly as possible, cleaned up after himself, and had a fantastic customer service attitude. My friend Alyssa Key recommended the company and I will recommend them to my friends and family based on this instance. Locally veteran owned companies will always get my money over anyone else!

Mark was quick, efficient, professional, and pleasant. He was very helpful and we were so appreciative. The company was very transparent about the rates ahead of time and clear regarding the bill after the service was completed. They contacted me by both text and phone call to let me know when they were on the way and arrived within the designated time window. Very pleased with the service. I’ve had them out to do routine maintenance, on my septic before as well and I was very happy with that service also.

Called them out to drain my septic tank. It was over due and a pain to get to. They were very nice and worked fast they even got here a few hours before I was quoted. Will be using this company again. Highly recommend.

Replaced entire septic system with new infiltrator system. The installation was expertly done. They removed the old tank and drain field and hauled it off. Grading and clean up was good. I can highly recommend duck duck rooter
