They installed our new septic system. They arrived on time had us completed with in a few days. The price and quality of the job was great. These are the things you expect from a company in my opinion. With that said, let me tell you about their employees. From the young lady in the permitting processes to final inspection, every single employee kept me in the loop, they treated me and my employees with respect, answered every question with real knowledge and professionalism. Would I use them again? Absolutely without a doubt you can trust this company, as I do!

Toilet became clogged on a Sunday. I looked around for a 24/7 plumber and stuck with Duck. After I called, the plumber was there within the hour. Ryder was professional, quick, and courteous. I highly recommend him. He wasn't there long. Recommended.

Team arrived promptly just a few minutes into the 3 hour window they told me they’d arrive in, attempted an initial unblock which worked a little, and after sourcing a wet vacuum completed the job quickly, efficiently and for great value. Very polite and punctual. I would use them again.

I had a slow drain problem throughout my house and was told by other plumbers it was a drain clog due to new construction in my master bath. I called Duck Duck and they sent Mike out. He was great, so knowledgeable. He walked me through every step he was taking. He was tenacious in pursuing the cause of my issue and figured out it was my sump pump, not a drain clog. To repair the sump pump they sent out Josh and Sam. Again, great guys that knew their stuff! Will use this company from now on and recommend to all my friends!!!
