AJ and Rodney came out to pump our septic tank. They were so much fun! My 7 year old watched them and they were very personable. They did a great job and answered all my questions. My neighbor ended up coming over and they pumped his tank as well! I highly recommend this company. I left a message in their website at 9pm (it wasn’t an emergency) and they called me at 7am and were able to come over the next day. Other places never called me or had a very long waiting time. They are also opened 24 hours. Great team! We will use them again!

This is an AWESOME company! After calling late the previous day the company squeezed us in the next morning to quickly solve our problem. Excellent customer service. Mike Jones was the service tech that came out. He provided us with fast, professional service. A very trustworthy tech. He explained everything thoroughly providing us with the confidence that is hard to find in a company these days. He was a very courteous and polite man. We were amazed how reasonable the charges were. Money well spent. We will NEVER use any company but Duck Duck Rooter and will recommend them to everyone! Super thrilled to find such a trustworthy, reasonable priced, caring and knowledgeable company still exists these days.

They were incredible: I was out of the country, my (former - now!) plumber wouldn't come to fix a toilet overflow and I just looked online and started dialing. DuckDuck responded immediately and sent someone to my hose. He then called for more service and they came the next two days (it was more than one toilet - it was everything). They they sent camera to my (old) sewer line which has proved to my condo association that indeed the clay pipes are broken and infested with roots. Very professional. I'm sticking with them, now.

The service technician, Marcel was on time, professional, courteous and respected my home. He carefully listened me explain the design of drain system and the current problem. Marcel quicky and correctly isolated the problem and cleared the drain. I highly recommend Duck Duck Rooter and will request Marcel for all my future plumbing needs.

The group of young men that worked on my septic were amazing they worked very hard for 3 days to give me a new septic an drain field. They were very polite an very nice to my whole family they even interacted with my kids. They also had to take my trampoline apart to put in the drain field an the stayed a little while longer to help me put it back together. I would recommend them to anybody an everybody

We needed an emergency septic pump out ,we were initially told Friday (called Tuesday) but got someone the same day, saving me from having to shower at the gym. Very prompt and professional.
