Duck Duck Rooter did an excellent job of cleaning out our septic tank. The men who came out were very friendly and got the job done quickly. Now we can use our toilets again.

Husband's employee broke a line late at night at a commercial client's office- Duck duck responded immediately, Bryan came riding in to the rescue and saved the day. Seriously, thank all of you, without you we would have lost the account. I refer everyone I know to you!

We called Duck Duck Rooter in an emergency situation because one of the rentals we manage had toilet that was "bubbling" you can guess what... We called over 10 plumbing companies trying to get someone out there for an emergency service and no one could help us until we connected with Lia. Not only was she able to get someone out there in 90 minutes on a holiday, she is truly the example of what customer service should be, which is very hard to find these days!

She got us out of what was truly a "shi*^$" situation and got us a technician who remedied the situation very quickly. We could not be more thankful to have found Lia and Duck Duck Rooter, keep up the great customer service!

Mike and Cole were fantastic. They showed up in the time slot they stated and did a fantastic job. When they were done, everything was cleaned up and flowing like new. You can tell that these guys have integrity and want to make sure the job is done right.

Always do a good job for my home and customers. The prices of service have increased pretty significantly for whatever reason in this industry. Duck Ducks are on par with the others. Dealing with septic stinks, but they’re prompt and professional. Will use again.
