The AC repair guy came out due to my AC kept running and wouldn’t shut off. He stated it’s because the heating element needed to be replaced and it will be $475.00 for parts and labor. He had to order the part/s. He finally came back out after a few weeks, then stated the thermostat wires were corroded, because the AC still wasn’t working properly. He charged an additional $115.00 to rewire the cables (not replace). Well the AC worked less than a week. Call the AllCare back and said my AC stopped working again. The lady that answered phone said she’ll contact the same repair guy to come back out. The repair guy called back and said I don’t know why she told you I’ll be back out. There’s nothing else I can do. I rigged the thermostat wires to save you money (never asked him to rig it). Called the company back told what the repair guy said. She said she was going to call him and call me back. She never called back. Called a different AC company to look at the unit. They advised the compressor was the issue and to call whoever installed it because it should still be under warranty. I contacted the company who installed it and he also said it was the compressor and it was still ill under warranty. Told AllCare this said she said she’ll have the manager call me back. This all happened around Thanksgiving. Kept calling back to speak with the manager, he never came to the phone nor did I ever get a call back. AllCare took my money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I have spent $8000 over 2022 for this company to repair my air system. It has never been fixed correctly and I am now without any heat in this week of record setting low temperatures. I have called them repeatedly - at first they just did not show, now they won't even respond. I have asked for some of my money back so that I can afford to get it fixed by some other company - still no response. They used to be very responsive, but now $8000 later, I get silence and sit in a cold house with freezing outside temperatures.

Used them today and 6 years ago to fix my heat pump. Also used for bi-yearly maintenance on heat pump. A+. Let me pay $200 of my $650 bill the next day when my wife got paid. Who does that in 2022. Great tech and company. Now my animals will be cool again. Thank you.

Before calling this place, I called others and this was the only place to pick up. I was literally just calling every place nearby to get my ac fixed because summer. The lady I spoke to was nice and professional and had someone come out as soon as the rain passed. Jeremy was very cool and professional. Will definitely keep this place in my pocket.

Fernando, our technician was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional today. Though I’m not surprised. All of the technicians and staff have been top notch. We’ve used this company for routine maintenance and repairs for several years. All Care answers their calls, responds quickly, and the price is fair. Highly recommend!

We were in contact with All Care Services with a a/c problem. I spoke to a wonderfully helpful & informative young lady named Kendal. I explained to her my problem & she immediately set up a ultra responsive time & date to send a tech to our home. The tech (John) arrived the next day. After an extreme/thorough check out of or system found we needed a new compressor to get our a/c up and running again. He then called his office to report his findings & needs. All Care got the part in no time at all. They then sent tech (John) back to my house to install & set up my a/c unit without any issues. The next day I had the pleasure of speaking with Customer Service Rep Heather.
She too was Extremely kind, helpful & knowledgeable! I “STRONGLY RECOMMEND”

John was kind, helpful, and gave us honest, expert advice. We had suffered for two weeks in the summer heat without AC and couldn't get help from our warranty company and the contractor they first sent to our house. He took his time with our unit and asked us thoughtful questions, saw what was wrong immediately, and took the time to show us what he saw. We wished that All Care had been the company to come and help us when we first needed help!

Finally a place I can count on. I barley broke a sweat when my ac went down, googled hvac near me and gave this place a shot. Thankfully I did it’s felt like no time they were here and I was back to it not a sweat in sight. The nice lady that answered the phone was very helpful and to the point wonderful customer service. It would be 10 stars if could definitely calling you guys back anytime I got a problem

Excellent Service!!! The technician expert, John, along with management and staff were very professional, responsive, timely and helpful in getting my problem resolved. He and another technician were able to resolve and fix the problem with the surging in my variable speed Trane blower motor, which was first thought to be going out and in need of replacement. He installed a new control board, and with some diagnostics was able to determine that it was the only issue, which saved me a lot of expense right before the holidays. It now works perfectly and I am elated. All Care Services is my new "go to" company going forward for my yearly maintenence, future repairs and HVAC services. A very fair, honest, and reliable company to do business with. Thank you so much to Tim, Heather, John and the All Care Services team. I am one very happy customer.
