Cook's Air Conditioning & Heating

Our air conditioner stopped working last night, out of the blue. After checking the usual suspects, we called cooks. I almost immediately got a call back from Craig. As it was staying a decent enough temp in our home ( cool night) he said he could make us his first call. And he did. Showed up on time, was very professional and efficient. Our machine is back up and running, in only an hour. Craig was very friendly and informative. I am so glad we chose Cook's too install and maintain our machine! Thank you, so much.

These guys installed heat and air in 2 days, very thorough on what size we could go with. They gave us, the homeowner, choices on where to put things so as not to look ugly or be in the way at a later date. They are very knowledgeable, and answer any questions we had, they really keep you in the loop. Very respectful and kind. Couldn't have ask for more. Thank you.

Mahlon Goolsby from Cook’s Heating and Air came to repair our air conditioner which was not blowing cold air. Mahlon was very professional and personable. He diagnosed, repaired and tested the air conditioner problem and was gone in about 20 minutes. We have used Cook’s for many years and would definitely recommend them.
