Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic & Air Conditioning

We needed our septic and dosing dank replaced after circumstances left our old one caved in. We've had some issues with other companies out here. Duck duck has great communication, a team of customer service people, and wonderful owners. The process was simple, as if they do it all the time! Jeff helped us out with an insurance problem, and spoke to our adjuster directly. Then when the work needed to be done, it was a big project and there were many other jobs ahead of us but we were scheduled weeks before they originally said we'd be. This was vital! The team was professional and got the huge job done in one day. Couldn't have asked for better service.

We had a service done today. Jacob was was a pleasure to work with and very determined to fix the issue. I would have given 5 stars however I was told by the office someone would be available before 12:00 when I called before 8am. I completely understand everyone is understaffed but a quick courtesy text would be very helpful for planning purposes. I obviously will be a future customer and will request Jacob again. Thank you

I needed to replace my water heater at a rental property I own, but being out of state, you really do not know who is good and who is not. My store had a serverly clogged drain pipe that was causing over flows and leaks. The young man was very professional and thorough.

I had a leak of some kind and a co-worker recommended these folks. I am so glad I called them! What I thought was going to be a BIG bill replacing the Hot Water Heater, end up a small bill replacing a water line that had a pin hole leak. Marcell the plumber that came out was AWESOME. I needed my septic tank cleaned and called early in the morning. AJ and Paul came out before noon and were Incredibly quick, they were even courteous in regard to our lawn, not wanting to leave tire tracks.
