We bought our house in March, thought we were on city sewer, found out the hard way we have a lift station, that wasn't working and backing up. Joseph came out, explained the situation and scheduled a pump out the next day. .All this was on Saturday, they pumped it out on Sunday morning, and plumber came out around 3 and got us taken care of. Great service and everyone was courteous and friendly. They explained everything and came out Monday and put an alarm for the lift station in Awesome service, reasonable price and fair. MIRACLES.. we know the word and some in life even experience A highly improbable or extraordinary event that brings welcome consequences. I had major surgery and came home to a house flood in my den where I had to sleep for days because I couldn't go upstairs. I called several side plumbers to no avail. I sat still and began to pray. I said to God I'm going to sit right here in prayer until my change comes. I then looked down at A Mint magazine and saw a coupon for 50.00. I called Duck Duck Rooter and explained my situation to Ms. Leah. She said they charge 150.00 per hr and she would give me a call 1st thing in the AM. At 8:00 am my phone rang she said my men are headed to you right now. I said I'm sure this wb more than an hour and 300.00 is a lot. The guys came and they were more concern about me than my plumbing problem. After over an hr they resolved the problem and came in to speak with me. They gave me 2 gift bags and said Ms. Leah said Merry X-Mas and all they needed was my signature. I'm overwhelmed with tears of gratitude at this point. She then texted me and said we all need a X-Mas miracle and she was happy to help me. I'm 57 yrs old and if there is ONE thing I have learned on this journey called life. GOD IS A MIRACLE WORKER AND HE WILL ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME!!!

I called duck duck to replace my sump pump. They installed the wrong pump twice. And than wouldn't return for a service call. I was forced to find a new company. I found flamingo septic. They were quick to respond' professional and highly knowledged. They pumped my tank and quickly diagnosed it was the completely wrong pump. Flamingo installed the proper pump and I was pleased with them properly fixing duck ducks incompetent install. I was very pleased with their technicians Chris and Matt. I will use flamingo for my septic services from here on.

Great service from Josh. After calling several plumbers who did not even answer their phones, I found this company to fix a kitchen faucet. I knew my issue, sediment was blocking hot water from running properly, so only cold water came out. The front office was professional and kind and set a same-day appointment. They didn't give a time, but offered to call first. Josh eventually came and was also professional and friendly. He listened and quickly corrected the issue. I appreciate the fast and efficient service.

First of all we want to thank the lady who gave as the next day appt. We truly appreciate that, as we need our bathrooms completed as soon as possible. Thumbs ups. Charles and his assistant did a phenomenal job working on both of our bathtubs. We are very much happy with the result. Technician was on time, professional and prepared. I had a leak under the bathroom vanity When he went under the house he discovered that I had several leaks in the pipes. Josh worked in wet and muddy conditions. He stayed until everything was repaired. Charges were less than I expected. Will recommend them to anyone. .

Blockage in shower drain. Serviceman was professional and efficient. We are so thankful that he worked during this holiday weekend and saved our family celebration for Christmas Eve.
