I was very pleased with the excellent, professional and efficient service for cleaning and servicing our existing septic system. They were also very knowledgeable and gave me some additional advice and recommendations for my system that I was unaware of. I would highly recommend them and they are definitely on my 'speed dial'. Mark did such a great job replacing the water valves & piping for our washing machine hookups. He did the job professionally, was kind to our property, time-conscious, and very friendly. I will 100% request him as our plumber for our next job.

Duck Duck Rooter was the only local plumbing company that responded to our request to have our septic tank pumped on Christmas Eve day (which was a freezing 24 degrees). While Helen was upfront at 8am that their schedule was booked for the day -she promised to have us on standby for any cancellations. We were beyond thankful when she called back at 2:30 to say she had a crew available. They were at our door within 30 minutes and completed the pump out of both tanks in under an hour. Their prompt, excellent service allowed us to proceed in having a very Merry Christmas. I am so appreciative and highly recommend this company.

Review started out as a 1. Tech came out Friday pumped out the septic tank. Pump needs replaced, said they'd be back Monday with pump. Tech shows up Monday and tells us it needs a pump then has to leave to get one. Comes back, breaks the lid to the tank, replaces pump, leaves all old parts in yard. After a phone call to the company, sends another tech out on Tuesday. They took care of the broken lid, took away all old parts and covered everything back up.
What started out as a bad experience turned into a good experience. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of getting Mike and Cole, they were on time, professional, let me know what they were always doing. They were quick, located the issue fixed it and offered additional recommendations to help prevent future issues. My wife had passed I few days earlier and my main line backed up on Sunday. I busy planning a funeral on Tuesday and had family coming in on Monday. After trying to get ahold of the company I had always used in the past with no luck, I tried a few other companies with no guarantee that could get to, I called Duck Duck Rooter and they were totally understanding of my situation. No extra off hour charges and had a plumber out to my house within the hour. I will never use another plumbing service again. Thank you Duck Duck Rooter, you guys are awesome!!!

Needed our septic tank pumped- AJ & Paul showed up and did an amazing job! Extremely friendly and professional. Explained everything and answered questions. Extremely happy with what they did- our tank lid doesn’t fit quite as tight as it should and they even poured some quick Crete on it to make sure it doesn’t leak.

I wish I had remembered the gentlemen's name that just came over to take a look at my sump pump. It was constantly running and I was worried that I may be looking at a major repair, or even a replacement. He managed to diagnose and repair the problem in under an hour. I'm very happy with both the quality of service and professionalism that was displayed during the visit. I really appreciate the service, and will recommend this company whenever I can.

Called this company a month ago and scheduled a septic tank pump out on my personal home and it was just a flurry of cancellations and non-callbacks, they never even came my septic tank pump alarm is still going off 32 days later. Figured I would give them one more chance on a rental property and again total lack of communication mixed with rescheduling. Seems like they're excellent on spending money on marketing but I think they have way more work than they can handle and it's showing... If you can't handle the amount of work that you're getting then you should scale things back and only do what you can handle.

After reading the review the owner called me within minutes and apologized and told me they had some problems with their automated phone service and that made sense, and everything has been corrected and they are doing great now. I would use again.
