Mr. Buckner was referred to us by a friend and we are thoroughly pleased with his work! He was very kind, awfully thorough, made time to show me some maintenance items I could perform on my own and was very professional. He set expectations with me and reset as necessary. Just very pleased and would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Buckner and his company to anyone, and will make him our ‘go to’ for any future needs.

I have reached out to him numerous times, along with 2 other referrals which Brian installed new units in and he doesn't return calls. My ceilings are ruined from condensating duct work and he takes no responsibility. 2021

Brian Buckner is the Best! If you check my reviews i have select contractors ive used over the years throughout my real estate career. For Hvac there's no other than Buckner Heating & Air. Brian handled all my rentals and my direct family because he's a true professional and the best in the business. My sister called me to Thank me when he left. She Thanked Brian also but wanted to say "He was Great!"... Call him, You'll be glad you did!

Brian is one of the nicest guys I've met. He's fair, honest, and has a real peace and calmness to him. He's been fast to respond. I don't call anyone else. I highly recommend him!

Brian was Amazing!! I called and left a voicemail around 5:20 pm and he called back within 10 mins. Even though he was already at home, he was only a few mins down the road from our house and offered to come and look at our A/C. The unit is covered under our home buyers warranty, but the company they referred us to couldn't make it out until Friday. Today is Tuesday, and I put the service request in last Friday morning. We've been without A/C, in the middle of summer, since Late Thursday night/ early Friday morning. Brian got our A/C up and running in less than an hour and did a thorough check to make sure that was the only problem. He even stayed here after he was done, while I tried to get the warranty company on the phone. He was more than reasonably priced, so we paid him out of pocket so he could be on his way. He emailed us a detailed receipt and noted other things that needed to be checked on the unit so it wouldn't cause further damage so we could submit it to the warranty company for a reimbursement, and they can have their preferred company to check the unit for the noted problems. I highly recommend him. He was very professional, quick, efficient, great pricing and didn't try to cheat us. Told us what to keep an eye out for on our unit and said if we had any trouble he didn't mind coming back out and dealing with our warranty company. Thank you so much for fixing our A/C so quickly!

Called them first thing in the morning as our AC went out at night and the house had gotten up to 85°. They showed up in less than 2 hours. Had everything on their truck to fix it and had it running in less than an hour. Only cost me $295. They were very nice and very professional. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend! 😁
