Garrett, David, and Mikey were great. They came in and took out the old and put in the a lot quicker than I expected it to happen. They were very professional when dealing with my fiance and mom. I would recommend them anytime to anyone. I really appreciate it guys.

Mikey at Gator Heating and Air did a wonderful job for my broken AC which was ~20 years old. He was on time, explained the details of the current AC status, and gave me a few options. I am very happy with his help. I'll continue working with this company.

Awesome, friendly, one day service! Gator Heating and AC sent a repair tech out same day to diagnose and replace our compressor motor. They are life savers on hot Florida days. I definitely recommend and will use again.

William and Todd came out today and did an amazing job getting us back up and going. We were without heat for about a week and they were able to get us in and scheduled before we left town. Yes, in florida, the heater isn't too useful this time of year, but it was chilly a few nights so we wanted them out as soon as possible. They spent most of the day here and made sure everything was working before they left. They replaced our entire system that was over a couple decades old.

I have several homes, and have used Gator heating and air for years. I have found them to be fair, honest, and reliable. They always did quality work. Their customer service (especially Mikey) cannot be beat. Before Gator, I used several other Gainesville companies, and
am so grateful I found Gator heating and air, and will use them always.

We had our HVAC system replaced after almost 20 years. Vince, Todd, and William did a top-notch professional job cleaning out our vents, installing the system, and getting us up and running. They demonstrated years of experience and knowledge through the quality of their work and their ability to get us up to speed on how to use and maintain the new system. Very satisfied!

Maria at Gator Heating and AC sent repairman named Todd to my apartment to fix an issue I had with the portable AC unit they loaned out to me while we're waiting for the install of our new HVAC. He was very nice and solved the issue promptly. He built a seal around the unit with some foil and now my apartment is much cooler for the time being! He wore a mask the whole time too. Would recommend these guys services to my friends if they need help with their AC.

I’ve used Gator heating and air for years now and they have been amazing! Even bought my new unit from them when my old one finally died. I’ve had both Nate and Brandon come and do the service calls on the unit ever since and they’ve always been so kind and do a great job! Even the office secretary is amazing! She goes above and beyond to help get you what you need and made sure you’re contacted ASAP. I will always recommend this company to everyone just based off their customer kindness alone.

Why go anywhere else? Mike, Garret, David, and Maria were the best. This company did what was promised in the time promised. Professional work and reasonable prices. New A/C unit looks and runs great. They were all very upfront and detailed. Could not ask for anything better!
