Gator Heating and Air Conditioning

We had a new brand name ac unit installed. It was done promptly and on time, as promised. There were 3 minor install issues and each time they came the next day to correct them. There was a major issue with the unit performance. They didn't get it corrected on a service call. We called another company and they failed to correct it. We called Gator Heating and AC. They came and replaced the unit. It works perfectly now. They stood behind their product and workmanship. We would recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Mikey at Gator heating and air for a full replacement in our home. He has been the most polite, informative and just all around helpful! They are by FAR the best price around. He is a man of his word and when the model we ordered was not gonna be in on time, he worked some magic to make it happen. We will never use another company. We are honestly blown away by Mikey’s customer service, five star is an understatement!!!

I highly recommend Gator for their professionalism and very competitive pricing. I quoted with three companies for a new ac system and Gators quote was far below the other quotes and included additional that I would have paid for with the other companies. I would highly recommend giving them a chance if you are looking for a great AC company!!

We needed our HVAC replaced due to a busted compressor. Mikey was very professional and customer centric when giving us multiple quotes on different units. His crew was very professional and friendly too. They finished the job with minimal impact on household going ons. A five star job.

We had Junior out yesterday to do maintenance on a unit at a house we just purchased. He was super professional in everything, fixed everything up, and explained everything along the way. We loved working with him and will be using Gator Heating and AC for the rest of our maintenance needs.

More Praise Update: We just had an emergency over the weekend and ended up needing to replace our old AC unit. Mikey was amazing and explained everything and was always available to talk and answer questions we had during the process. The old AC unit was 12-13 years old from the last owner of the house and was a lost cause and Gator Heating and AC had us a brand spanking new unit that's been working better than great. We'll always recommend Mikey and the entire team that we've worked with!

Austin, Mike, David and Vince are on a commercial project for my company. They are always on time and professional. It is a multi-family remodel project with challenges. They skillfully handle whatever situation arises in the course of work. I would use them on any project that I have come up. I highly recommend this company. They are always on top of the situation.

I've seen a facetious reply from the owner to one previous review that was removed. Wonder how. Looking at other replies to lowest reviews don't make this company's reputation look like I want to do much more business with. A unit installed that barely went over the 1 yr. labor warranty and you didn't want to cover it, was the issue. You comment that "you had to hire a lot more employees if providing free services" was bad, being Fair. Good luck to you with that attitude, owner. You deserve a 1.

Mikey is “THE MAN”. He answered all my questions honestly and gave sound advice. I had a complete new hvac system installed and he beat the competition with price, outstanding service, and results. Did I mention he stayed in contact with me even after hours. Only place I will go for any HVAC need. Thanks Mikey and team.
