Gator Heating and Air Conditioning

We installed our unit with gator heating and air 2 1/2 years ago, price was the best and the customer service was great. Brandon was our technician today. He was so very helpful and knew what the problem was within minutes of being at our home. He was very polite and advised us on yearly maintenance. Still happy we went with this company yet again!

My tenants called this morning with AC out and 100 degree temps, of course. Not to rub it in but I live in cool Colorado so had to google best AC companies in Gainesville. Called Gator first because of all the great reviews. I must say I heartily agree!! Great personal service from the first call. She set up an appointment same day. Brandon arrived on time and took care of the problem. Cool! He was very courteous and responsive and detailed in his explanation. I signed up for the yearly maintenance because: 1. I was so pleased with the service; 2. It seemed like a deal to me, and; 3. A necessity in Florida! If I had done the yearly contract to begin with, I wouldn't have had the problem. Gator provided great service at a great price. Highly recommend! Thanks, Brandon!

Excellent customer service! Our air went out and while it took a little over two weeks to become fully functioning ( wasn't fixed correctly the first time and then had to wait on a part because we have an old system)...the company did everything possible to keep us comfortable by sending techs out anytime we lost our air while we were waiting for a part, even on the weekend. We had multiple different techs out to the house and all the them were a pleasure to be around!
This review is a reminder that sometimes things go wrong and take longer then expected and thankfully this company has a great understanding of customer service. While there did seem to be a little disconnect between the main dispatch office and the techs but it didnt interfere with the service.
I chose Gator Heating and Air based on their positive google reviews and it turned out to be the right call!

Todd came out with another gentleman named Brandon to take a look at my AC outside unit, as well as the duct. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He cleaned all ducts, inside unit & closet (didn't even charge for this), as well as outside unit's maintenance. I cannot recommend this business more. When I reached out to other local businesses regarding duct cleaning (including one in Orlando area via Google Sponsor Ad), they were asking $500+, whereas my total bill including the duct cleaning and maintenance was only around $300. Most importantly, only this and another business have BBB credited, so felt confident and safe to call from the beginning.

The Gator Heating and Air team did an outstanding job replacing my 20 plus year HVAC system with a new quit and efficient system. Bill, Todd, and ED did an amazing job on the installation they were professional, polite and knowledgeable about the system. Maria was very helpful and understanding. Mikey and Ty did their best to get my old unit up and running even when they knew it was on it's last leg. Professional service, good quality, honest and a fair price.

Mikey was absolutely fantastic! In my job I have so many people asking me to reccomend an HVAC professional, I never disappoint when I send them to Mikey! Knowledge, work ethic, and quick to respond to any issue!

Junior showed up the same day I called and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my system. He was professional, on time for the install of the replacement parts, and quick to reply via text if I had any questions. He also cleaned up after himself. The prices were competitive with other quotes and they gave a military discount.

Tony came out today to check out our a/c unit and do a routine maintenance on the unit. He was very professional and informative, really taking the time to explain different parts to us and help us make a decision on a repair we needed to have done. He also gave us great advice as we are considering a new unit in the next few years. Highly suggest Gator Heating and Air. We've used several different companies in town and they have, by far, been the best, both in value, professionalism and honesty. Thank you!

They were really helpful when they came out and helped us fix my A/C. Ari was super fast and explained everything that was going on. I will forever stay with this company!! I'm always recommending Gator Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone that needs services for their A/C.
