This company has outstanding customer service. Our technician Reynaldo came out today and was so professional and just the most sweetest person. Came in and took his time to service our unit and explained all that he did. Gator Heating and Air installed out unit back in 2016 and their service has always been above and beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend them.

I called first thing in the morning hoping someone could come out to look at my non-cooling AC system by day’s end. Mikey came out within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, and explained the pros and cons of my repair or replace options. As the unit is over 18 years old and has been repaired before, I’m going to replace it. Mikey is giving me a fair price on the new unit and sent Junior out to install a portable unit for my use until the new one can be installed.
Both Mikey and Junior were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Gator Heating and Air. They respond quickly, are honest, reliable, and fairly priced.

After my AC broke I had called another company. After they “fixed” it, it malfunctioned again and they told me that I needed to replace the unit. I called Gator Heating and Air for a second opinion. Mikey came promptly and friendly. Not only was he cracking jokes but also successfully performing his task other technicians couldn’t. Very professional, and accurate as my machine has not had issues since! They really did fix it and I didn’t have to replace the unit. They saved me thousands of dollars and I am so grateful. These are the situations which make returning customers. Gator heating and air will be my first phone call next time with AC issues, I would strongly recommend them!

Middle of summer and temps in the 90's my coil sprung an unrepairable leak. It would be a matter of about a week before I had no cooling at all. They sold me a new system. My wife and I live on just Social Security so I bought the best system we could afford. It turns out their supplier was out of the system I bought. Without even telling me they upgraded me to a Trane system at no extra cost. They paid the difference themselves! I challenge you to find another company who would do that! Here is a big Thank You to Gator Heating and Air and all their employees! Give them a try and you won't use anyone else again!

We purchased our new unit from them several years ago, and after calling around and getting lots of estimates, there’s was by far the best price ( by $1,000’s) and the quality of their work was exceptional. I would highly recommend them.
