What an awesome experience! Ashley was amazing! She took care of me and was extremely communicative. Her professionalism reflects great credit upon herself and the entire Gator Heating and Air family. The technicians were all knowledgeable and made everything easy for me to understand. They were neat and organized throughout the entire install and carried themselves with the upmost professionalism. You won't be disappointed, these guys are top notch!

Highly recommended. Mikey is a miracle worker. The necessary parts for my furnace repair potentially could've taken days to arrive, but Mikey went out of his way to get everything required and got the repair done the same day. Big thanks to Mikey and Gator for making sure I have heat during cold fronts and freeze watches. Will definitely use them again for all future service.

Gator has been fantastic for us in servicing us. Mikey took care of our issue. He was professional while also speaking to me like we were family. He laid out all the details in simple terms so I could understand and double checked our warranty for us and saved us money as well. I have been a customer of Gator Heating and Air for the past 8 years. When I bought my house, it had the original AC unit which was over 20 years old. Gator Hearing and Air would come out anytime it stopped running and get it running again for $100 or less and never pressure me to replace it or get me to spend money on other costly fixes. It was always a simple fix to keep it running though we all knew it was very old. It was finally on its last leg so I shopped around for a new AC unit and installation last summer. Gator Heating and Air beat any quote I received by $2k. I was happy to use them for the installation since I had such a great experience with them over the past several years. They came out and did a beautiful installation on a new trane 2 stage unit and were very efficient and professional. This year, I had some issues and contacted them. I was very confused and worried about the issue and wasn’t sure if it was the AC or something else in my house. It was very stressful and it was past the 1 year labor warranty so I really didn’t know what to do. Luckily, Mikey from Gator Heating and Air came out and could tell there was a problem and he and the owners of the company really value their customers. He assured me they would figure out the problem and make sure it was fixed. He has no idea how relieved I was that day and how much it meant to me that I didn’t have to figure this out myself. I had a huge weight lifted off of me and I can’t really even communicate how much I trust this company after that day. Mikey made it clear that whatever was needed they would do and that I didn’t need to worry about it. He was on the phone with the owners of the company and assured me they would figure out the issue and resolve it. The next week, the manager Brandon came out and contacted me every day. He was able to resolve the issue and gave me his cell phone to go over any concerns. He checked up on me every day even after it was fixed so that he made sure everything was still okay. This company truly values its customers and they have some truly caring and trusted employees that go above and beyond to make sure each customer is taken care of. Not only is this the most cost efficient AC company in town, but they’ve proven they are trustworthy. I would not use any other company and they have earned my loyalty and my business. Richard came out to the house to fix a cooling problem. He had it diagnosed in about 5 minutes and had the house cooling down within 10 minutes.

He was professional and explained everything he was doing as I was trying to watch/learn what could be wrong.

We have the maintenance plan with Gator. Richard called his boss man and explained that our scheduled maintenance service was here a few weeks prior. Gator agreed to waive any fee.

I cannot recommend enough to patronize Gator for any and all A/C needs. We’ve been loyal customers for years and they have always taken care of us. You will not be disappointed.

In my experience Gator Heating and Air does a great job of providing excellent customer service. We've used them for a few years now and everytime we are totally satisfied with their level of quality service. We've never had to call them twice about the same thing. Just recently we called them out to diagnose why our heater was making weird sounds. The gentleman named Mikey came out and explained to us what could be going wrong and was able to fix it right away on the spot without any hassle. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all of our concerns as a customer before he even begin working . I recommend these folks to anyone

Our AC quit on the 4th of July, had to suffer thru the night in the Florida heat and called our usual repair shop. Our coil was leaking and even with it under warranty, the shop wanted to charge almost $3000 and 3 to 5 business days to order it. We called Gator Heating & Air instead and not only did the price drop by $1000, but they were able to locate the part in a nearby city and install it the next day. This is a local farther and son shop and they were great. Michael, the dad, found the part and Mikey, the son, drove to Ocala to get it and install it. Great guys to work with at a great price and they really want the extra mile for us today. We'll definitely recommend them to anyone that needs AC work.

I just met with Richard for our AC problem. He is very friendly and experienced. He quickly identified issues and we can move forward from there. I am happy with their service and would like to work with them in the future.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but someone NEEDS to give Mikey a raise. One of the nicest, most helpful, professional individuals I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. I was not expecting anything at all from needing someone to fix my AC but I was thoroughly surprised and impressed by the amazing service Mikey was able to deliver. Super friendly and knowledgeable. There are not enough stars to fully express my appreciation for Mikey and his team at Gator Heating and Air.... I was suffering from a case of Mid-Florida service visit (Mid-Florida, charged me 2 times and never fixed anything... instead caused more damages after installation of a new capacitor with a bad ground) but Mikey and his team resolved all my problems. They got a customer for life. Honest, Real and Professional.
