Gator Heating and Air Conditioning

Excellent and highly recommended! Nate from Gator AC was far more knowledgeable about what my mobile home needed than the others who gave me quotes, and he saved me from several costly mistakes. Their price was fair, they clearly knew their stuff and did the job right, and they were a pleasure to work with. Bill, Lee and Ryan came out and had the new unit with all new duct work and electrical circuits done by about 2pm. I can't think of anything to improve - these guys were awesome!

Mikey came out and was awesome! My AC had a big problem unfortunately but he helped me figure out a plan to get it fixed. Mikey truly cares about his customers! I wouldn't use any other heating and air company!

I was looking for a fast turn around time on buying a unit and having it installed. Within 26 hours of walking in their office I had a new unit cooling off my home. Brandon went above and beyond to help me. His team of installers were very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend Gator AC.

Technician came out within the hour, and I was all set to go.. Best company to call for all your heating & air-conditioning problems.. Affordable, and a over-all pleasant experience!!! Will definitely be calling them again, if I have any problems!!!!!

In a really weird way, 1 of our fan blades to our ac split in half (on a Saturday evening) I called another company who charged an arm & leg to come out & 'see' what we had already told them...they came out and said it would be 2 days for a part...day 2 came and this OTHER company called to say sorry didn't come in but will be in on Friday and we don't work late or on weekends!!! Livid isn't even the word as I had told them I had a son with epilepsy ( a rare condition called Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome)...they didn't care. In a panic I called Gator Heating And Air.....they told me to send pics of this blade and the fan....this company made a mad dash to get us a fan and then rushed to our property (as we were going on 5 days with NO ac in 85-90° weather). They were so amazing! Brandon, the manager came out. Super professional, compassionate and just all around awesome. The woman that answered the phone for Gator was also really amazing!! We have ac again & my son is much better! We are much better thanks to this company with great people. 5 stars isn't enough..they deserve 10 stars!!!! New customer for sure. I highly recommend. I also want to add...they did not charge an arm & leg and they were more cost effective and we saved some money!!!!

My service technician was Todd. He was on time and called ahead to inform me that he was in route. He was very respectful, professional and knowledgeable of the job.He explained what he was doing and how to maintain my unit in between the yearly service maintenance. Todd was also quick and cleaned up after himself even when I offered to do it. I highly recommend Gator Heating and Air. They also have such excellent customer service.

The repairman that came out the same day I called was very nice professional and knowledgeable. He only took a little while to isolate the problem (transformer inside the unit) and fix the problem with parts in his van. I want to thank him and all the team at Gator Air for a job well done!

Wonderful service from Gator Heating and Air. Our A/C broke the other night and left us to deal with the sweltering Florida heat. Called GH&A the next morning and they were able to come out that same day! Mitch our technician was professional and was able to identify the problem immediately. Replaced our engine and now our A/C unit’s working better than ever. Definitely recommend these guys for all A/C needs.

Amazing, responsive service. We called early morning and Mike, our technician, came within 40 minutes. Very punctual and professional. Assessed our problem with diligence, and explained the process well. He had a great attitude, and provided genuine service. I recommend this company to anyone who wants their A/C or heating fixed in a timely manner. This was my first time using their service, and I will be a repeat customer for sure. Go Gators!
