**10/5/2022: just had my AC serviced as I have a bi-annual maintenance contract and William came out this time. I cannot say enough positive things about this young gentleman who thoroughly went over my entire unit and inspected and serviced everything! Class act, professional, & knowledgeable!

Just had my Airconditioning system serviced for the first time since moving here two years ago. Spoke to Brandon on the phone and he sent Alex out the same day I called! Alex was very professional and knowledgeable, serviced my air conditioner and furnace, and even took the time to educate me on maintenance I should do in-between services! I signed up for their bi-annual maintenance plan, and highly recommend Gator Heating and Air Conditioning!

When the AC went out these guys were at my home within 2 hours. They even offered a window unit while they worked. Very professional, ran into electrical problems, but got it ironed out *very* quickly. Courteous and thorough. Very, very good experience using them!

Junior is a lifesaver! My A/C was blowing warm air, and the thermostat was malfunctioning in ways I could write a novel about. Junior was punctual, communicative about his arrival, and was patient to understand my unique situation. He worked in my home for two hours diagnosing, fixing, replacing the thermostat, ensuring the problem was remedied, and answering all of my questions! I cannot stress enough how hard Junior worked to make sure the job was completed, and to the highest standard and quality. He is also very personable, and was sure to clean up after himself, as he had to walk in and out of my home numerous times. My landlord did tell me following the service that there is the possibility of the outside unit needing to be cleaned and I would be contacted (to which I have yet to be called about it), but that note should be separated from the amazing work Junior did to bring cold air and a new working thermostat to my home! Thank you so so so much!

I am a return customer and recommend Gator Heating and Air Conditioning to all who ask me. My 26 year old unit has finally bit the dust. Matt was at my house last week and helped to get it running again. He went above and beyond the call of duty to arrange and get the part I needed and install it the same evening. Unfortunately, the easy fix was not enough and Mike came to look at my unit again today. After 26 years it’s not worth limping on any further. Mike provided me a quote and was very helpful to arrange a loaner unit to keep my family comfortable until the replacement is installed. I prefer working with a family run business. Customer care is outstanding with this company. I highly recommend them.

My AC unit recently went down and I called the professionals at Gator Heating and Air. A service technician named Mikey ( Michael) was very courteous and helpful on the call. He came out and thoroughly checked out my unit. He pointed out its advanced age and and suggested a new unit was recommended. When I informed him I couldn't make that move at this time, he was sympathetic and quickly repaired my unit. He suggested ways of prolonging its use. He was outstanding.

William came to our home to inspect our AC ducts at 1pm in Florida July heat. I felt awful for him to have to climb in there, but he did this with zero complaints. Even with the heat of the day, William was extremely thorough and took his time making sure all areas were inspected. I appreciate all his hard work and dedication!

Mikey was excellent. He provided great service cleaning the HVAC duct and vent. I also spoke with Ashley on the phone and she was very professional and clear. I highly recommend this business!
