Very impressed by this company. After a power surge blew our AC capacitor, we were able to get service within 24 hours. Mikey helped us and was incredibly honest, helpful, and put the customer first. Also very understanding with financial challenges, and was very concerned about quality and value of service, and wanted to grow the long term relationship. I am thrilled and grateful to be a customer of this company, and to work with Mikey!

Last Friday afternoon, our house was in chaos with multiple contractors working to complete various tasks, when our AC shut off. I called Gator Heat and Air in a panic because I am 7 months pregnant and did not want to go all weekend without air. Michael called back right away. He was able to fit us in, even when he was the only person in the office. Michael came by quickly and was able to fix the problem right away. He was kind, professional, and quick! We are so grateful for him!

I really like Gator heating and Air. Their service fee is cheaper than most companies. They are very professional and trustworthy. Not to mention this business is rated A+ with the BBB. Richard H came out to fix my daughter’s AC unit which was not working. I was extremely satisfied with Richard’s experience and knowledge. He was very professional and went above & beyond to fix the air conditioning. It was obvious he takes pride in his work. I’m sure Richard is a valued employee of Gator Air. I would highly recommend this company and Richard to anyone. Give that man a raise, he deserves it! I am one happy customer!!

Mikey (and Junior) were extremely pleasant to work with today. Their timeliness was beyond what I expected and I appreciated the thorough communication and understand of our situation.

Gator tech Junior Gonzalez saved my partner and me over $8000 today--he fixed our AC issue in less than 20 minutes by finding a blown fuse after a different service company came out yesterday, spent over 3 hours here, told us it would cost over $3,000 just to replace the parts that would get us back up and running and suggested we'd be better off just replacing our whole system for $8,000.

We figured we were going to be looking at thousands in repair costs no matter what but wanted to get a second opinion and quotes before committing to a whole replacement. We called Gator at 11:15 today, and tech Junior Gonzalez was here within the hour. And 20 minutes and 1 replaced fuse later, we had a perfectly functioning unit again! (He also checked all the outside components that we'd been told weren't working and he found them to be working just fine.)

I'm gonna admit it--I LITERALLY CRIED in relief in front of Junior. (Sorry about that, dude.) Gator Heating & Air is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and ethical. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Gator HVAC is the only company that services my system. They are responsive, professional, knowledgeable and have fair pricing for their services. Their technician, Junior, has always been courteous to our home and is a genuinely kind person, which is a rare but important attribute among residential service providers. Highly recommended.

I called Mikey last night because the A/C system wasn't working properly. He took the blower out in the morning and in a few hours he replaced the blower. Mikey is really professional and honest person. I recommend Mikey for any repair or maintenance.

We had a late night issue close to closing and we called Gator Heating and AC expecting to leave a voicemail for the next day but Maria answered and had Richard out within the hour. He was able to quickly get the problem fixed and we were just amazed that they were able to fix the problem so quickly. We love working with all of the people here and recommend them to anyone we talk to! Richard was awesome.

Called them to give me a quote on a new heat pump which they did. Came to an agreement on price and they installed it in 48 hours. They are professional, reliable and reasonable. The work is always top notch. Call them you won't regret it.
