We visited Florida Cooling today for some parts., as we have many times, they offered curbside pickup which is convenient. When we arrived there were no signs to indicate how to let someone know that we arrived. After waiting for an extended amount of time, I proceeded to go inside to inquire and was quickly yelled at by sales associate Kevin for going inside to inquire. We got what we needed but I was a little steamed at the way that I was spoken to. There is never a need to speak to anyone in that tone, never mind a customer. It was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Needless to say we will not return.
