I wish I could right a separate review for the this new call i had, But Aliston was awesome. He came out and was very polite and friendly. Definately happy to use this company again. Both times the Techs were awesome. Will be using again if i need them. And recommending to people!

Very friendly, helpful staff with coordinating an appointment and sending reminders. Kasey was prompt and called 15 minutes ahead to advise his arrival time. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend Sunset to anyone looking for Air Conditioning service.

The tech arrived well within the time estimated. He had a mask on and maintained a distance when talking. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and seemed to be thorough in his cleaning and checking our AC system. I have had good experience with Sunset Air over the many years we have used them.

Stephen M did a great job. He really did everything he could to figure out our system and get all of our rooms working properly. He took time to explain what he did, and it was impressive to see what he was able to figure out from his years of experience and really caring to do the job right. House is feeling GOOD! Why this isn't a 5 star review... your company set and confirmed with me my appointment time of 8am, but Stephen didn't show up until 35 minutes late. I am a business owner, respected your time and cut a 6 am video shoot short to get back to my home because I gave my word that I'd be there. Stephen's answer to being 35 minutes late... " I came from Ft. Myers". You're a great technician and a nice guy Stephen, but leave earlier dude.

Tyler was the best air conditioner service person ever! He was very thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and more than polite!! I just love Sunset Air and will never have any other company service my air equipment. When I purchased the Trane system from them I have saved so much money on the electric bill!!! Best and most fair air conditioning company we have ever had in the 30 plus years we have lived in Southwest Florida!! Customer Service is their middle name....thank you again, Sunset Air and Tyler!!!

Received 2 service calls. First Nathan did an excellent job finding the problem, explaining it in detail to us & getting our air conditioning working. He found a second problem which involved getting a new coil. A few days later Adam came to install the new coil & a filter as well. He did a thorough & excellent job. I would recommend both technicians.

Yesterday we had Kasey do the routine maintenance and he did a great job. He was very thorough and we were very pleased with his work & his advice.

We have requested Kasey several times as our service technician with Sunset Air. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and explains all that he does. He gives us a feeling of confidence that our system is running at top performance. Sunset Air and Home Services, we feel is very reputable and is there for us.

This was my first experience with Sunset Air. I was very satisfied with the service from beginning to end. Kaylynn was professional and pleasant on the phone. Stephen was great. He gave me tips on my air conditioner and also went over options financially for future reference with my air system. I will be using them again.
