At the start of my service Call for my 11-year-old system the service technician Greg did all he could but found that my system just wasn’t able to be saved. He gave me many options for a new system and helped me make the correct decision not based on the company making a big profit but by helping me decide what I actually needed. The installation team that installed my new air-conditioning system was very professional and efficient. They took their time to do the job right and I very much appreciate it they did not take offense to me asking stupid questions and gave me a very understandable answers. The ladies in the office are also very professional and can walk you through any problem you have with financing or any other question. I highly recommend Sunset Air.

Nathan a service tech for Sunset Air and Home Services has come out to our home on two occasions to service our A/C unit. He was both thorough and professional. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that is prompt and courteous when there is a service issue. I would highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs!!

Kasey L was our service technician and he did an excellent job, he called when he was 10 minutes away so we’d be expecting him and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly the whole time he was here. I will definitely ask for him by name for any future service calls.

They showed up on time, they answered our questions and serviced our AC system. This company has been very good to deal with over the last few years. They serviced our old system and installed a new one for us. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

There was something wrong with our air conditioning system on Memorial Day weekend. Luckily, Sunset Air was able to send someone to our house on Sunday evening without hesitation. I can't thank Melanie and Kaylynn enough. They were very understanding, helpful, and kind. Tom, my technician, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get our air up and running on that hot evening. I highly recommend the professionals at Sunset Air!

I also like that Sunset Air emails reminders when you’re due for maintenance so you don’t have to remember.

Scheduler Kaylynn was nice and friendly over the phone when setting the appointment. Very efficient young lady. When Kasey visits 2 times a year, it is an old friend calling. He is professional, pleasant, and very patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Sunset Air.
