Very efficient and communicative, both in the scheduling and the actual service by the tech. They called to inform me he was running a little late from his schedule time window. He actually came about 15 minutes after the scheduled window. The service tech was efficient, gave us a complete review on status of our system, and answered all questions.

Tom called 20 min before he arrived. Tom is friendly, professional, and efficient. In addition to routine maintenance, I had him give an opinion on how to improve the ductwork for better airflow into a remote bedroom. Thanks Tom, I look forward your next visit in about 6 months.

We have been using Sunset Air for over 8 years as I have renewed my 3-year contract with them several times. They are always prompt and professional. My contract includes yearly cleaning of my attic-vented clothes dryer vent, which I appreciate as I could not possibly do it without their service. I highly recommend Sunset Air. I have never been disappointed with their expertise in handling my heating equipment.

Sunset Air and Home Services replaced our old AC unit and while the work was being performed they were extremely friendly and kept the work area clean. System works flawlessly and I would highly recommend this company.

The 2 young professionals arrived and introduced themselves and proceeded to ask where the HVAC unit was located. Then after seeing the unit they removed the filter and proceeded to the compressor unit out back of our home.
After the outside work was completed they moved back upstairs asked me about a new filter and answered a few questions I asked.
All the time they were working I appreciated there great attitude and even had a brief conversation as if they were part of the family. At one point I explode I had served in Vietnam and they Tanked me for my service. I enjoyed meeting them and hope they are successful in their future.

Used Sun set air on new construction. From the beginning John and installation crew where excellent. Responsive , professional and punctual. Service there after was just as good . From secretary to service techs who came for preventative maintenance.

Had a new unit installed in July. $8000.00. now it's Christmas eve, heat won't work. I have the flu, and is 37 degrees in my house. They did not return my calls either

Tyler is a fine service representative. He communicated with me in advance of his arrival and was very thorough with his work. He's contentious, professional, and communicates well. I always ask for him and would highly recommend him to others.
