I had my AC united replaced in early August with great prices! Melanie was a pleasure to work with and was able to get a tech to come out within a couple days. Overall the experience was great and Sunset was able to get my AC replaced quick. I highly recommend using Sunset Air and Home Services. They are great to work with!

Sunset Air has maintained our 2 AC units and pool heater for 2 years now. We've lived in SW FL for over 7 years now and have had 2 previous AC companies perform maintenance. We weren't satisfied with either and went with Sunset on the recommendation of a friend in the construction industry. The technicians are consistently professional and thorough. Jon Z. performed our most recent service. We have whole house filters, which only need changing annually, so he completed the rest of the maintenance by thoroughly cleaning the coils and units. Sunset Air is also quick to respond when there is a problem with your system. They are on time & consistently professional. I strongly recommend them.

We had our air conditioners serviced today by one of the most professional, knowledgeable technicians ever. He was on time, pleasant and knew exactly what to do. He efficiently checked out our entire system, was personable, neat and engaging. He explained as he did each thing and we were so impressed by his expertise. I would request that Nate come every time we need service please. He was a joy to meet.

Sunset HVAC company is extremely professional, they installed our HVAC system in our new home about 3 years ago . We presently have a yearly maintenance contract with them. recent visit the tech was extremely knowledgeable, professional and adhere to Covid precautions. From scheduling to completion of maintenance visit I would highly recommend this company. They are a first class act business.

Ryan did a great job in the sales cycle for our A/C system total replacement, presented all the options, answered my many questions, and was very responsive. Pricing was competitive with others. Tyler and his install team really went out of their way to ensure many little details were taken care of, several things I never would have thought of. They take a lot of extra care in the process. The system has been great so far, very satisfied with their product, the work, and installation.

Today we had Sunset Air and Home Services come out to service our air conditioning system they put in last year. Nathan was our service tech and he was so phenomenal!!! He did an A+++ job!! He spent quality time with the system, checked my air filters, cleaned, and reset my wireless thermostat!!! He was pleasant, professsional, and so very nice!!! I would request Nathan every time if possible - although I never had a bad experience with this A rated company!!! Thank you, Nathan!!!😊

I highly recommend Sunset Air and Home services. Both technicians Marshal and Evan were both very informative and also professional. I had my new system installed a week ago with zero problems or headaches with the rebates and warranty information needed for my new system. Ms. Lydia from their office was very pleasant work with during the coordination as well as the warranty transfer. Sunset Air made it very easy and affordable for my new system. I had zero worries during the entire process as they handled everything for me and returned all of my information to me so quickly, it was nothing less than exceptional service from their team.

Sunset Air was the last company i called fora estimate.They were very courteous and prompt with an appt.
When i met with them at the house they gave me 3 different estimates on units and explained all of them. Once we made decision to go with them a date was set up. With it being summer it was a few weeks out. Well our unit dies about 3 days later. They were out promptly and got it running until they could replace it all .
We are extremely pleased with the whole process and love our new unit.

Even when I needed them on a weekend they were there within an hour. Tyler E was very nice, very considerate of my home and had knowledgeable answers to all my questions. Love this company!
