We were very pleased to have Joe Brindley as our service technician. Everything went well. I was able to get an appointment when I desired and the office called the day before to remind us. Joe called on his way and arrived shortly there after. He was very friendly and courteous. He went right to work doing the annual maintenance and completed it in an efficient and timely manner. We would definitely us Sunset Air again and highly recommend.

All of the tech are extremely knowledgeable. We have had Tom the most to service our air conditioner but they are all great. The support staff are incredible too.

Great job as always by the Sunset Air team. Would highly recommend. We bought a new condo and the old system was not up to code and was leaking coolant. Grant personally came out every week until our new system could be installed and put coolant in the system even knowing that it would only hold it for 1 week at a time. What a wonderful gesture and amazing service. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Unbelievable service!! Our Air Conditioning stopped working. I called Sunset and the service representing was helpful and explained my options. She stated they could be out sometime today unsure of time but the tech would call 30 minutes before arrival. The tech called 1 hour later with a 40 min heads up. He checked system, serviced and we signed up for the Maintenance program! Changed filters, filled up coolant and had air working again in no time!! Best service and value we have ever received for home care needs. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sunset Air and Home Services anytime! Thank you so much fir an amazing experience ‼️

Good listening skills are key to great service and the folks at Sunset take that seriously. Add patience, and both Adam and Melanie made my experiences very pleasant. Sunset techs installed 2 air conditioning units for me without issue in the past 10 months and cooling never felt so good. Both techs were personable and very careful to clean up after themselves. A+ all around.

From the first interaction with Grant, to Robert coming and installing - this was an outstanding experience. They replaced the complete system and installed a new thermostat. Service was awesome - Robert and Damien were very professional and went beyond to ensure I was happy with the service and understood how to use the new thermostat!. Excellent service from start to finish. Jon found and repaired a partially blocked drain line problem and cleaned & tested our A/C unit. He was polite, very knowledgeable, pleasure to talk with, quick service. Excellent office follow -up regarding satisfaction. You won't find this quality of service very often these days. These guys are the best and I highly recommend Sunset Air.

We have been a customer of Sunset Air and Home Services for over 4 years. We were initially referred to Sunset by our home builder and we are so glad that we established this long term relationship. We have a regular scheduled maintenance agreement with Sunset and they have always been on time for our scheduled appointments. The employees are courteous and take the time to put "booties" on before entering our home even as they make multiple trips outdoors to checked various components of our system. Tom recently provided service to our home and did a great job. We also own Carefree Home Watch a professional home watch service and we have Sunset Air and Home Services listed and linked to our Trusted Vendor page on the Carefree Home Watch website allowing our clients to access the Sunset website and services directly.
