We called at 5:45 PM when our air was not working and they arrived within the hour. Jim Burns work diligently for over two hours and got us up and running. We are very happy with this company.

Melissa came out for a maintenance cleaning. She was very polite/ professional; came for a task and completed in timely manor, all while being very informative.

Gus was amazing! Came right away and more importantly fixed it!

Scheduling an appointment or talking to a real person over the phone was so easy with this family owned business. Customer service and quality is definitely 2 things they are dedicated to.
They even have a scheduling service that texts you when your appointment is, when the technician is on their way, and when everything is done. The invoice came right over my phone and I knew exactly what was being done and how much it was.
Schedule a maintenance plan with them! They will do the work of reminding you and scheduling it. Today I scheduled a routine maintenance and also got a new thermostat. They sold me exactly what I needed and did not try to sell me a thermostat that has too many bells and whistles that I would never use. So happy with all the work. In and out in about an hour. They showed up exactly when they said they would too. Great company and people. Elite Air Cooling will definitely stay in my book of who to call for maintenance.

We highly recommend Elite Air!! They genuinely care about their customers and install quality products. Their communication and punctuality are incredible and the entire team, from office manager to installation crew were incredibly respectful and timely with everything. This is our second install with Elite after they installed an AC system in our guesthouse last summer. Both installs have been incredibly smooth and we are very happy with our service and the new systems. This is a family company and they care about their customers as though they were family. Gus showed up on time as he promised. He was able to recharge our system to get us through until the new evaporator arrived 2 days later. He replaced the part under factory warranty. His team is awesome. We never knew they were there. No mess.
