I found myself with no air and not sure if my ac unit had died or just needed a simple repair elite air cooling was recommended to me by a friend and I called they sent Scott out to evaluate the problem. He was very honest and truthful with me and reviewed my options carefully. He explained what needed to be done and was here to make sure the crew knew what was needed to be done and where things were even loaning a portable unit to help cool the house a little. The job was done and all was clean and left better than found the work was done exactly as discussed and had no hidden surprises. I would definitely recommend Scott and elite air if you are having a problem with your ac. This year they came and did my cleaning and they are friendly and helpful so again I would recommend them for your ac needs

Gus and Melissa came to fix my AC. The maintenance in my building tried to repair my AC 5 times. Gus came and was able to see the real issue my AC presented immediately and fixed it. Also, they were very friendly.

Elite was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. The only reason for 4 stars is due to no mask. Melissa was very friendly and I feel bad because I forgot to offer her a bottle of water. She have me great info on maintenance and care of my unit, do I will be signing up with them because his much she impressed me. Nevermind, they deserve 5 stars.

From initial phone call to 20 minutes later having someone at the house it was all very professional. Felt like the time was taken to truly understand and diagnose the issue. Quick service and house is ice cold.

I have had Elite Air Cooling service our A/C unit for a couple of years now. They are always super responsive and professional. They are knowledgeable about our community and really take the time to make sure their work is complete and satisfactory. We use them for our 2x yearly maintenance and they recently installed a UV light in the unit. I am happy with their service and highly recommend them.

So impressed. AC lost power while we were away. Melissa got in touch with me right away and knew when I mentioned we were having our bathroom remodeled that the drain line was likely clogged. She got to the house in less than 2 hours from the end of our call, and had the unit up and running in what must've only been 20 minutes tops. Incredibly grateful and impressed.
