Our air conditioner was damaged by Hurricane Ian. Elite responded quickly to get a new unit and installed it within three days. Our service technician, Melissa, contacted Gus and he ordered the new unit quickly so we wouldn’t have to be without air in our home. I truly appreciated their promptness and attention to detail.

Elite Air Cooling has been excellent, we couldn't be happier with their service. They were not the first company we reached out to for our AC repair and maintenance but weeks worth of scheduling delays, no show appointments, and misguided information from two other companies finally lead us to them. The owner has been nothing but knowledgeable, informative, and honest. We're so impressed with how prompt and attentive the entire staff has been. Elite replaced our entire HVAC unit. Gus, the owner, came on the same day I called and assessed the damage Ian did to our unit. He was able get a unit the following day. His installers, Wally and Luis were very professional and clean. At the completion of the installation, Jim, the lead tech came and did a follow up inspection to make sure everything was in working order. I’m happy to report , we’re up and running and living in comfort once again.

Gus did a fantastic job. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Big plus he came out the same day. I will recommend him and his company to everybody I know.
