Wonderful company to work with! Honest, straightforward, incredible knowledge-based experience. We called in with troubles with our AC but also great concerns on how our family was getting sick quite often after moving into our new home. Gus was so helpful to get us a strong sanitization system installed same day. Highly recommended.

Update 2023:
As always Elite Air Cooling (Melissa Jones in particular) do a wonderful job. We have the basic maintenance plan which includes semi-annual maintenance. Always on-time, friendly and professional. Have been very happy with their services and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Original Post 2020:
Back in June I learned that my old A/C was under-powered for the size of my home, was working overtime and therefore needed frequent repairs. I contacted multiple (5) HVAC services in the area to get quotes. Elite Air Cooling offered comparable or better equipment than the others, at a better price. The replacement was quick and painless. They did need to come back a few days later to make a minor fan speed adjustment, but since then everything has been working flawlessly. Very professional and friendly group to work with. They are genuinely interested in making the customer happy. Highly recommend them!

Elite air cooling is awesome. I met The owner, Gus at my house upon his completion one time. Then he coordinated my permit and my HOA permission while I was back in Long Island. Upon installation he showed up as promised and did a tremendous job. Installation Crew was very professional, clean and courteous. The many split system they installed is unbelievable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jennifer was very professional.She took her time to make sure she explained and answered all our questions. She came when she said and explained and showed us what she did with pictures on the phone.We had our new air conditioner installed with Elite and also have a service contract with them.

Gus and Melisa came to fix our AC after it had been leaking for 2 months and our energy bills at an ultimate high. They were very professional and punctual and were able to determine what was going on and fix right away. So happy that they were able to come to us so soon. Will highly recommend their services to others!

Gus, Jim & Melissa did an outstanding job installing a new AC unit. They worked very hard in a super hot small attic, spent more hours than initially anticipated due to some difficulties & did multiple material runs to get the job done. I would definitely recommend their outstanding service for your Heating/AC needs.

Gus puts the customer first. His company was in the community installing a fence at one of my neighbors. I shot him a note to see if he had time to schedule a visit to look at my broken gate. 10 minutes later I had photos and an estimate. In a time when vendors don’t show, aren’t on time, break promises etc Gus has proven time and time again that he is the opposite and truly cares. HIGHLY Recommended!

Gus is hands down the best of the best.
My AC completely stopped working and after having 2 unsuccessful AC companies come out, we finally found Gus who saved the day. He came the day we called and went above and beyond to get our brand new AC unit installed two days later. I am pregnant & have two kids and Gus made sure to get the job done as soon as possible. The job was done efficiently, he was on time, and he took the time to follow up and make sure everything was working properly. If you are someone concerned about masks, they will wear it if it makes you more comfortable. He truly cares about his quality of work and it shows! 12/10 recommend! I will forever refer anyone to him!
