Elite Air Cooling

Our AC went out last night. We called Gus and he was quick to arrive. He had it fixed quickly! I had a friend that needed an AC guy the next day. I didn't think twice about who to send her way! Thanks again for great service!

ELITE was a referral from our Landscaping Company. We can always count on them for the best, but this time, we got THE BEST! Gus, the owner, was so responsive and extremely punctual. He came and did the job himself the first time. He even did something beyond his scope. He got lint from inside the dryer by unscrewing the front of the dryer. We had an appliance man here a week ago and he couldn't even figure it out. The dryer is drying like it is brand new and I can feel how clean the house is already by just the cleaning of the dryer vent. We were so impressed by the professionalism of this company, we signed a contract with them for yearly maintenance and his crew is coming in tomorrow to clean our HVAC system duct work. We all know, living in Florida, this is a very important thing to do! And the last thing you want in your home is dust and bacteria, especially at this time in the world! Thank you Gus and Elite.

I highly recommend Elite Air Cooling LLC in Fort Myers. We left for a weekend trip and came back late at night to a HOT house! AC would not come on. We called Elite Air Cooling around 10PM and they were very eager to help us...even that late at night! Gus walked my husband through a couple of easy steps to try to get us running again (cooled off the compressor with the water hose and then forced the fan to start spinning) and had technicians (Stephen and Chuck) at our house at 6:30AM to make the repair. Pricing was very reasonable and they are all so very nice! Follow up was unbelievable...Gus stayed in constant contact with us before and after the repair to ensure we were satisfied. They sure do live up to the name “Elite”!!

Noticed the house was warm at 10pm at night- checked thermostat & it was blank. No numbers, no power, no nothing- & it’s 10pm at night!
We tried calling 24 hr services. First two didn’t answer & 3rd was a charm.
The service said the technician would be arriving between11&11:30pm& he was absolutely on time.
45minutes later the problem was solved and he was out the door!
Friendly, professional & we believe reasonably priced. We highly recommended & will always be using Elite Air Cooling

I can’t express how pleased we are with Elite Air Cooling! It all began with Field Supervisor, Kat Zito who was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had our job quote the same day, very reasonable price.
The technicians arrived on time, explained the process and in less than a day and a half the job was completed. Eddy and his partner were efficient, cleaned all areas they worked in and took pride in their work, their products and the services they provided us. We now have comfortable and clean cooling with the thermostat set at 78!!, whereas it had to be at 74-75 . We would highly recommend Elite Air Cooling to everyone who wants to breathe clean, cool air. ( we had our ducts replaced and engineered to provide better cooling to the master side of the house). We couldn’t be happier ! Thanks Gus!

I recommended Elite to a customer of mine. She was concerned about leaking and condensation on her vents. She was worried that she may need to have her entire ductwork re-done. Gus, the owner of the business personally visited her home and inspected her system. He found that she did not need new duct work or a new system. He did NOT even charge her for the inspection. I really appreciate his honesty with my customer and that he treated my customer with respect.
