Elite Air Cooling

The other day I found out I needed a new A/C system as the old one finally gave out. A friend of mine suggested Elite and they were all she said and more.

Gus came and spoke with me the day I called and although he wasn't the least expensive bid he was the most professional person that I spoke with and he inspired confidence in me so I went with him and his Team.

Today they installed the unit and they werwe great...no problems....perfect install....and I loved the installers.

I would unequivocally recommend Elite to do any A/C system install. I can't imagine it going any better.

I want to thank Gus and the entire staff for an incredible experience! Our A/C went down on Saturday night and they were out first thing Sunday. Accessed the situation and was real with us. Scott, Chuck, and Gus all showed up, very professional and thorough. Installed a brand system in less than 24 hrs at a fair and honest price. Highly recommend!

The attention to detail and courtesy provided is just what we are looking for! When you have somebody come into your home to do work you want them to be clean and take care of your heating and air conditioning systems. Maybe I expect too much, but it's always nice when you get it!

A/C stopped working and called Elite and they were very responsive. Melissa showed up quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair at a very reasonable price. As someone new to the area I would definitely use their service again.

They were quick to respond to our request, arrived the next morning, fixed the problem at a reasonable rate!!!

Extremely professional, and came out within two hours of my initial call to get my air conditioner up and running again, (and we all know here in Florida that is really important)! They got the problem diagnosed quickly and fixed : ). Very fair price and I signed up for a reasonable maintenance program since I have an older system. I am more then grateful! Great Job!!! It only gets better, today 1/21/21 the team came out to install a new Trane a/c system. They were on time, customized the installation to fit the limited space they had to work with, answered all my questions including setting up the wifi thermostat and when they left, it was as if they were never there....spotless but with a great new a/c system..Thank you Gus for making the entire process great!!!

I want to thank everyone at Elite Air for doing an awesome job from beginning to end! We've owned our house in "The Plantation" for almost 13 years now and have had nothing but problems with our cooling system. We just got back in town and our compressor was out again, the 5th time since we've owned the house. We decided to try a different company. I called Elite Air and they had a service tech here in less than 4 hours. The tech (Scott) was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in layman terms. He diagnosed the problem in less than a 1/2 hour. Our return air system originally installed in the house by the builder was basically to small for the size of the system & house. This was the cause for all of the compressor failure we had gone through. We agreed to terms and they had 3 technicians there the 1st thing the following morning. Michelle whom I originally talked to with the 1st phone call came to the house and went over all of the paperwork, permits etc.., she was awesome. The installers Eddie, Luis & Chuck were all very friendly & consciousness of our house and property, keeping everything cleaned up behind them & their work. Follow-up has been tremendous, which shows me they truly care about their customers & the quality of their work. Thanks again to everyone at Elite Air Cooling we would be glad to give references and referrals anytime. After 12 years our problem is gone, and our old cooling company too.
