Gus was not only an expert in the field, but he came right over the same morning that I called him for his help. He was not only able to solve my problem, but he was able to educate me on the issues with my A/C unit. If you are looking for a punctual, knowledgable, and kind professional, Gus is the guy for you. He will be doing my routine maintenance from now on.

We had Elite clean our dryer vent system and do a yearly A/C check-up and cleaning. They were on time for the appointment and did a great job cleaning out years of lint in our dryer and vent system. They also checked and cleaned the complete A/C system and Gus the owner gave us some good advice on how to do basic maintenance. This is a company you can trust to get the job done correctly.

It’s nice to see that there is still a company that values a customer. Gus is honest, knowledgeable, and can advise the best route to take with an a/c issue. Chuck was the technician who came to our house. In my 14 years of living in Florida and having A/C companies come to help me, Chuck was by far the best. He encouraged conversation, and for me to stay with him while he was here working. He was incredible, and so knowledgeable in every aspect.

I called for service at 6:30 at night when my air wasn’t working. I had a technician out by 7:00 pm. Gus was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He had us up and running in about 15 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of service or a new air conditioner.
