We recently moved into a new home where the A/C was overdue for replacement. We contacted Gus and he worked diligently to provide us with a quote and the most efficient system for our home. Within a week, they were here doing a full home installation. Gus and his team are a pleasure to work with and promptly answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend them to others.

Called Elite when our A/C unit wasn't working correctly. They came promptly. Turned out there were multiple issues so Gus gave us several options. We chose to replace our unit and it was done the very next day. Kat did a great job of making everything go smoothly. Very professional. Cleaned up everything after installation. Very happy we went with Elite Cooling.

Kat was excellent as our first line contact, troubleshooting our issues, keeping us informed, providing us options. We've been putting band-aids on our A/C for years, and decided to get a new unit, rather than band aid our rusty unit again. Kat was able to provide us a quote on the spot (Saturday afternoon) and we had a brand new unit installed by mid-day Monday. So glad we did! What a difference to have a new unit - with better efficiency!

Additionally - Gus (owner) personally brought us a small portable unit to borrow until Monday, to have some cooling in our house and make it a little more comfortable in the hot FL summer.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Scott Nelson. A good friend had recommended him and told me he was a trust worthy and all around good guy. Believe me I was still skeptic until I met Scott. He helped me out and was honest through the whole process! I replaced my old unit that was on the fritz and couldn’t have been happier. Even the father and son team that installed were very professional and kept a very clean work area all through out my home which had the air handler on second floor. Overall great experience with Elite Air cooling and would highly recommend to anyone in need.
