If you’re looking for quality work from a family-owned, local business, Elite Air is the way to go. I called on a Sunday and Gus was at my home within an hour to fix the problem. Elite stands behind their work and Gus is a stand up guy who truly cares about his customers and his work. I will always recommend Elite for heating and air and I won’t hesitate to pass their name along to friends and family in the area because I know they will be taken care of.

They are extremely responsive and fair and very happy to be using them for my home. Especially living in Florida when the ac goes out late at night they were responsive and took care of everything first thing.

The owner came to meet me on Sunday. Indicated that he takes the time to meet all new customers and ensure the project design/scope is the best solution for the customer. On top of our initial meeting, I received text communication and pictures through the entire process. Closed loop communication through every part of the transaction. There was never any uncertainty in the process. You will not go wrong if you choose Elite Air Cooling!

My AC unit went out Friday afternoon. Called Elite and Gus the owner came out that same afternoon. We made a deal and he said they would put a new unit in that weekend. His crew had another install that Saturday and didn't make it to my place. Gus came out and delivered the new unit, a 2 ton 16.5 seer Trane. Gus stayed and started taking the old Lennox out. He probably saved his crew a hour or two by doing that. His crew came out Sunday and in about 5 hours they were done. Gus also sent his people out the next day to check it out. He also just called today to check on us again. I would highly recommend him and his company just on the job he did for me.

Called the night of a leak in our garage coming from our Air Handler and Gus was able to get back to me in a very timely manner. He came out immediately and fixed the issue and was very professional and helpful. Thank you!

Gus and his team were all wonderful. Gus took his time to explain things in a way I could understand and gave us options to fit our budget. They got us a new unit and up in running in one day. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for AC services!

Gus was able to walk us through the process, answer our numerous questions and complete the job with professionalism and quality materials. They don't cut corners and it shows.
