I had Ron at my house provide an estimate to me 6 months ago. I went ahead and chose him to install the air conditioner after getting several bids. Hurricane air wasn’t the cheapest but they had the most knowledge and quality. They stand behind their work and they came back to do minor adjustments. They were there whenever I called. Ron is here now performing the first maintenance. I am very pleased with my whole experience.
I would recommend to all and can’t reiterate how much they stand behind their installation and product.

The service and diagnosis guy which went around and gave the estimate was very knowledgeable and felt that I can trust him. He listened to my questions and very informative, I didn't feel to be push to take a decision. Great guy! I signed the contract !

Today we had our semi annual maintenance done by Ron of Hurricane Air. What a pleasant and educational experience! He was thorough and explained each step of what he was doing as he went. He showed us the good and bad of our 7-year-old system with comments on how we could improve on air quality as well as enhancing fail safety for the unit. Other advice regarding how to best cool our place while keeping humidity down was readily offered. Hurricane Air is a company we feel comfortable recommending because of its customer service and the caliber and passion of employees like Ron.

My unit is less than three years old but stopped blowing cold air. We suspected the coils had frozen over and the coolant was low. I called Hurricane Air as they were recommended by coworker. Ron came out the next the day and quickly identified the problem. He was willing to answer the many questions I had and was very professional. My coil system was leaking in multiple spots and my coolant was very low. Alec came out the next day and installed the new coil system. The original installers never put a filter on my line to help with condensation. Both Ron and Alec were very professional. Even with my “warranty” it was still expensive however, I know now my system has all the parts it’s supposed to. I’ve decided to have Hurricane Air do my yearly maintenance. Highly recommend!

This happened sometime last week I know this really doesn’t pertain to AC but I saw a young man broken down in a turning lane in Cape Coral I was at the gas station across the street and I saw several cars pass the young man no one seemed to care, then a Big Hurricane Air Truck made a U turn and pulled behind the young man and stopped traffic and helped him push the car across the street into the gas station. If I weren’t in a rush I would’ve asked for his name or business card because if he was this courtesy with a stranger I can only imagine how he would work on an actual customers home. I definitely will be contacting and recommending Hurricane Air for any of my Air conditioner needs. I really wished I would’ve gotten his name but I do remember he did have on a blue hat with a ponytail (if that helps) 😁

Our Hurricane AC technician, Xhullio, did an excellent job. He informed us immediately about the problem and what was needed in order to fix it. He also went out of his way to find the parts locally, double checked to see if we qualified for any warranties, and updated us promptly about everything. We were very pleased with everything Hurricane AC did for us and will definitely use them again.

Great experience and fair pricing with Hurricane Air Conditioning of SWFL. They came out a few hours after I called. Ron was our A/C technician-he was very informative and professional. My husband signed up for a service plan with Hurricane Air. He usually does simple maintenance services on our air conditioning unit but our Technician, Ron, was very thorough and explained many elements of our air conditioner that we were unaware of. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and made our unit considerably more efficient.
