One Way Air

Our outside HVAC system was taken out by Ian, including our well and water units, I did a lot of searching for an HVAC company's that was honest and straight forward, I was getting stupid quotes for all the different repairs I had to do...the crooks come out after a hurricane...!

I chose One Way Air as they worked with my budget from the insurance company.

They recommended changes to my old system to solve problems we had in the past and installed a system that is very efficient.
The new system was installed the next day after I lorded it, the install team were highly efficient started at 8am and finish about 6pm amazing team.

You can see from my photos our old unit looks ok until you look inside it was a mess.

My a/c stopped working Sunday evening Memorial day weekend. Why? Murphy's Law. I read the reviews on One Way Air and hoped they were true. They were! Monday morning, Alexis called when on his way, which I greatly appreciated, and I also received a text from One Way Air about him and that he was on his way. I have dogs, so I appreciate the head's up.

Alexis pinpointed the problem. Repaired it and discussed in detail what was going on. I signed up for their maintenance plan, and my a/c is working again. Alexis was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I've had too many bad experiences with contractors, but One Way Air and Alexis are keepers.

Kyle was professional and quickly got Ryan to contact us with an eta. Ryan was awesome. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and was so courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They have my business from now on. Best company I've dealt with in a long time.

My airhandler stopped working on Friday afternoon with temperatures in the 90's. This through me in a panic since most AC companies don't respond to service calls so late in the day especially it being Friday. I placed a call to One Way Air the person on the phone was pleasant and very professional. They were able to accommodate me within 2 hous of me calling that was amazing service. My technician Chase was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They provided excellent service.

I want to thank One Way Air for responding last night quickly to my house after my air stopped working. My house was very hot and i had two kids and two puppies. God bless them and the tech Vega was quick, and very nice. Thanks to him my house felt cooler. I have found my new company. Love these guys, highly recommended.

Earlier this year I came home from work to find that my handler failed and flooded my attic, ceiling, and a light fixture. One Way Air responded to my call and sent someone out immediately (10 at night). They isolated the problem, addressed the safety issue and formulated a game plan on the spot. Within a few days the issue was resolved (parts needed to be ordered) and our A/C was working better than it had ever before. A few months later I noticed a small leak and a tech came out right away to assess. It was fixed within minutes (line was clogged because I forgot to change the filter 🤷‍♀️). Would definitely recommend this company.

We came down to our condo with no AC at 7:30. We called and he came out that night and had it finished and working by 9! Chase was friendly and worked quick! With it being the day before the 4th of July, we were so thankful he was able to come out and help us. Highly recommend!!!!

Ryan was friendly, informative, and quick in providing me a diagnostics of the issue , and implementing my solution. He also offered me various discounts and great incentives to continue using the company. Greta prices compared to other business which charge simply for their public awards. They charge with the customer in mind; as opposed to what they can get away with.

We have used One Way Air a couple of times for maintenance & repairs & they have always been great. Alexis came out to inspect an issue with our system & determined that it was time to replace the complete system with a new one. They were quick to provide us with an estimate on the new unit, had the parts in stock & were quick to come back out & provide service. The installers were professional & did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone!! Thank You!!
