FBI has excellent communication from the person answering the phone to the text messages and emails that we get showing where our service professional is. They are very professional, courteous (wiping shoes before entering) and the services provided are top notch. Highly recommend!

Literally the definition of family owned and honest, good, hard working people. Fast service, reliable, even losing money by telling me when I don't really need to buy/upgrade certain things. I can't say enough good things about FBI.

Today we had our new system installed. I cannot express enough what a wonderful, caring job FBI did. They were fast, polite, clean and informative. Our air is working perfectly.

The F.B.I. Air specialist that came out to our house was nice and professional. However, we weren't satisfied with the service has he was only there to check up on the a.c. machine and didn't did much. Only told us that the coil needs to be clean and that he would send a specialist another time to have it clean. The problem that we have in our ac was not solved right a way and we felt we didn't we received satisfied service. The last time we all this company they send out a specialist to do maintenance on the ac and even clean it.

Incredible company, the techs are not only knowledgeable and courteous, they spend their time helping you solve your HVAC issue instead of trying to sell you something. A true swfl gem. Thank you again to the technician I dealt with- Justin, who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

We needed an estimate at a rental property. They have us a 2 hour block of when they would arrive. The tenant, who is wheelchair bound, called us as soon as the tech arrived so we could come over and talk to the AC guy. It took us 8 minutes to get there and the tech had already left. He just told the tenant we needed a whole new unit and left. Tenant asked him if he could talk to us, the owners and the guy said no need and he just left. 15 minutes later I got a text from FBI for feedback. I waited 24 hours before doing this review thinking they were going to call me to explain but I haven't heard anything from them at all. Crazy!

Living in Ohio and not being able to be in Florida for a few weeks I called to have the HVAC repaired. The service was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

After hurricane Ian, we contacted FBI and they were very responsive. They were able to get the AC unit we needed and installed it in our condo within 2 weeks of us calling them. After Christmas they installed the heater for the AC unit. They texted notification of the appointment and the guy was early. He was very polite. I would highly recommend FBI Air and would use them again.
