We had such a wonderful experience with Rich and the team at FBI Air. We were referred by a friend and really appreciate everything that they did for us. We knew that we needed a new AC System and had issues again last week, they were there that day to get us running again. Today we have a new unit and we love it. The technicians were outstanding and so professional. We would highly recommend FBI Air. Thank you again for everything.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!
Showed up to our condo at 12:00 and our new AC was not cooling. They were here by 3:00 p.m. the same day and got it all fixed up. Absolutely outstanding service!

Rich and his company were wonderful and professional in installing my new AC unit. They were even able to find and fix the issues caused from the previously installed unit. I will definitely ask FBI Air to install my other AC unit and highly recommend them to other people too.

Service rep Jorge was timely, professional, introduced himself. Trouble shot my system to find out the thermostat was defective. Had 3 different thermostats on hand to choose from w/ knowledge about each, replaced and programmed.

Jorge and Patrick were both professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Our AC wasn’t keeping up in the afternoon. Jorge diagnosed the Freon leak quickly, and identified the issue causing it. Quick repair of the evaporator coil and AC is working like new. They confirmed the part was under warranty. Even the office receptionist was fantastic. Highly recommend FBI air.

This company is very responsive and quick with service. They are honest and don't sell or up sale something you don't need. I have used them several times and would recommend them to everyone! UPDATE......used again in 2023. Still an excellent service. Would not use anyone else.
