Update 5/21/19 - called tonight for a no cool. Tech was out to my home less than 20 minutes. Diagnosed issue and fixed within 30 minutes!! AGAIN, great service, super friendly staff and wonderful prices.
Punctual, friendly, professional service! David was amazing. I have been using FBI Air for almost 10 years and I will never use anyone else!!

TERRIBLE!!!
They did Not send in my warranty, not good with customer service. Not prepared with a ladder on service call.
Reporting them to better business bureau & whomever else will listen.

The gentleman that showed was very professional and polite. He set the thermostat to the proper settings and made sure everything was working properly. Highly recommended, I hope all there workers are as polite and professional as the young man that came to our home. Mike is the best, thank you!!

I have been using FBI for years. The guys are always professional, fast, on time, affordable, and great at explaining any issues I have with my ac. Manny was my tech today and was very polite and explained what he did to get us back up and running! I would highly recommend them!

Originally had them install a new system based on a referral. The initial job was quick, affordable and professional. Called them in regards to the system not cooling and they had someone out within an hour! He checked everything and system was running again like new! Really appreciate the professionalism and the courteous staff. I would recommend them anytime!

Great customer service! We had problem with one of the AC units at home. Called and the service was scheduled for 12pm. JR called in the morning to let me know that he can come earlier, which was great. He fixed the AC unit fast and explained what the problem was. FBI Air are the best!

It is a rare gem to find honest A/C repairmen these days. Farah Bros. Inc were punctual, professional, courteous and honest. Twice I have used them and both times the repairs were simple fixes. They did not lie and tell me I needed unnecessary repairs, or a new unit. I highly recommend this company. Thank you to FBI Air.
