JR fix the problem fast and my family and I were able to enjoy the AC. My service call was scheduled for 12pm but JR called me that he can come earlier. Great customer service! FBI Air are the best!

George took his time assessing the documented problem from the previous maintenance man. He made numerous leveling checks and made repeated attempts to correct drainage pitch. He did his work with minimal alterations. Cleaned up very well after completion. Ensured ac was working properly before leaving.
