The gentleman today was polite and nice but not knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Hard to understand anything he said. I called for a leak in air conditioner and he didn’t check it out untill I again told him it was leaking. ??????

Earlier than the time scheduled. Had part I needed and fixed my problem quickly.

Great company....Rich has worked with us on this project from the initial pre-bid meeting....He was instructive to the architect on what was needed. If I am doing any projects in his covered area....they are the company I will hire 100%!

I've been using FBI air for over 10 years now they've installed numerous units in my rentals. I always go with the train units. They have always been courteous and on time every time I I've used them, in emergency situations they've been known to show up within the hour. I have also use them for my pool heaters

Our ac was freezing up. Diagnostic check and cleaned coil. So, far so good. Told me my options thoroughly. Will be setting up a maintenance program with them.

Robert called to alert me before came. Once here he was very thorough and explained some things to me that I had not heard before.
