We had to have a new Air Handler and new AC unit installed due to previous owners odd choices and dated units. The guys that came out we're Great! Fast, Efficient, on time, and very nice to work with! They even Completed a venting project that no one else wanted to do (due to cutting a 6" hole through solid concrete). Now our AC units are up to date, and our Kitchen Hood is Vented Out!!! Great job!! Thank you Rich for making this happen!

Had this company install our ac u it a little over 5 years ago. We had a power surge and noticed ac was blowing out hot air. Turned the breakers off for 10min and the house starting cooling down. I had already made the call to FBI and it was after hours and he pulled up and we told him we have cold air now. He still checked the unit for leaks and checked our coolant pressures and he said everything is good and he said the air handler looked good too and we’ll taken care of. I highly recommend this company

This company is very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and explains everything they do, including with pictures. They teach you what to do to continue the maintenance on a monthly basis. They are punctual with the appointment. I have had to call them two separate occasions when our ac stopped they responded immediately. Great company 👍. I would definitely recommend them.

1st call on June 29, 2021
JR was Very professional took time to explain what he was doing and discuss other AC questions I had.
On time, they arrived about 2 hours after I called them during normal business hours. My first call was just after 5:00 the day before that went to voicemail. Not sure if they're the best value or not $193 total to replace a capacitor that's $85 for the service call plus $108 for the capacitor and labor.
2nd Call when unit would stop running every time it rains.
Frank was very professional took time to explain what he was doing. Did not charge a service call this time. Will need to pay on next visit when parts arrive.

AWESOME experience with FBI Air. I had issues with air conditioning on a holiday weekend. They were to my home within 2 hours to fix the problem. Had follow up service 2 weeks later. On time, friendly; knowledgeable and honest recommendations! Highly recommend!
