The person was, as always, very professionable, knowledgeable snd forthright in his responce as to how to deal with my conundrum. I can only hope I have a good company to service me where I'm moving!!.

Very timely excellent service

My husband and I noticed that we had a leak close to our AC vent, so we assumed it was AC related. FBI air sent a tech out the very next day and he was so extremely helpful and hard working! He spent a little over 2 hours looking around our vents and trying to help determine what the issue was. Turns out, it wasn't an AC issue at all. The fact that he spent so much time and effort in trying to help solve our problem that wasn't even AC related was astounding. We're grateful to him and FBI air for providing such world-class, professional customer service. We'll definitely use them again if the need arises!

Up until now they did an adequate service. But missing a bad compressor with a simple amp volt meter could have shown them had they bothered to check it and instead replacing and charging me for a fan motor that had nothing wrong with it until they got here should have told me they are not my company any longer.
