they sent someone over same day we called about our air conditioning not working. made some repairs but ultimately had to replace. they were able to secure system we needed and
install within a few days. Very timely and great service.

I have used FBI AIR from fixing my old a/c to installing my new unit. Staff is professional each service guy was professional. I was at a diner party last week and FBI did there a/c as well and that was in another county. Must be doing something right. Again FBI comes through when needed. Thank you again. Hard to find a real company lately.

The techs were great, they completed the coil replacement and additional servicing needed in 3 hrs. The unit was purchase and installed by FBI and is not very old, in fact the parts were still under warranty. The labor charge was over 1200.00 which seems extremely high for a unit that is not that old and runs at 74 degrees. Overall the response time and quality of work was good but the labor rate seems extremely high for the work done.

We just moved into our home, which is 4 years old. We immediately starting having problems with the AC unit. We where recommended to FBI Air. They came out immediately assessed the problem and rectified the problem. Our technician was a gentlemen informative and knowledgeable. I was shocked when i heard what the problem was . Honest and reliable is what this company is all about . I would recommend this company to anyone I know in need of AC repair.

Our AC unit fried during Ian. It was amazing how fast they came out. I called at noon on today (Sunday) and they came out in less than a hour! I 100% recommend FBI Air!!

Very responsive to customer needs. Did an excellent job every step of the way. This was a large home complex total duct tear out and replacement with correctly sized and balance ducts. They were excellent would highly recommend. Two other recommended companies declined my job as too difficult. Have used 5 A/C companies here in FL, FBI Air is the best.

Luis was very professional, but this was just a maintenance call and we were having no problems with the air, and it was working when he got here, but he informed me the a/c breaker outside was broken. I asked how it just broke while he was here and he really didn’t know, so if cost me $87 to replace something that wasn’t broke before he came. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but it just seemed odd to me. Otherwise, the call seemed fine.
