Alexis and One Way Air were amazing to work with. They provided a quote for a new system in my new construction house. Not only were they priced accordingly, they actually ame the day they said they were going to arrive to do the install. Completed the entire job in one day and left the job site very clean. Once the final trim was ready, they came as soon as we requested, finished the job and left everything exactly like they said they would. Very happy and impressed by this company.

These guys are great!! I called them and explained our situation that our AC unit stopped working and that we where thinking of getting a new one. They quickly came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and even provided us with with 2 indoor units to hold us off until we can get insurance claim in to pay for the new unit.

Well, the next day our HVAC unit started working again and kept working even for the past week so we decided to hold off on a brand new unit but we did sign up for a Service Maintenance agreement package with them. They were very nice and understanding to our situation and I would highly recommend them.

Not too long ago, my mom’s AC stopped working suddenly, which is pretty much an emergency at any time of year in hot/humid FL. The tech from One Way Air, Alexis, was awesome. He was very friendly, personable, and professional. We felt he was knowledgeable, and he worked quickly to get our problem resolved. If we ever have any other AC needs, we’ll be sure to call One Way Air again.

So appreciate oneway for coming out on a Sunday. Chase and associate were both very nice professional and informative. Will definitely reach out to them when we have unit replaced.

Had to replace full A/C system due to hurricane Ian. One way Air was very responsive to my needs and prices were fair. Install was completed while we were up north and upon arriving back in Florida the install was done exceptionally well. All questions were quickly answered and thoroughly answered. I would highly recommend them.

Nothing is worse than trying to sleep at night in a hot house! And thanks to One Way Air we didn’t have to. They were knocking on our door within an hour of our call. Chase showed up with a bag full of tools and a smile. We will be using them again should we need any new repairs!

I had an emergency where my AC was backed up and leaking through the ceiling on what was apparently one of the hottest days this year. It was 11pm when I called and they were there by 1am. Very communicative, very friendly and fixed the issue.
I am so appreciative they made it out in the middle of the night!!
