One Way Air

These guys are great!! I called them and explained our situation that our AC unit stopped working and that we where thinking of getting a new one. They quickly came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and even provided us with with 2 indoor units to hold us off until we can get insurance claim in to pay for the new unit.

Well, the next day our HVAC unit started working again and kept working even for the past week so we decided to hold off on a brand new unit but we did sign up for a Service Maintenance agreement package with them. They were very nice and understanding to our situation and I would highly recommend them.

Mike came out in the night and fixed our air within 30 min. He was thorough and very polite. I highly recommend this company and will use them all of the time. Thank you for being a honest and polite company!.

EXCELLENCE!! Old school customer service where everybody genuinely cares & does their absolute best to take care of you...true rarity these days and were professional & proficient as they come. Our clinic had a unit go out & they moved mountains through the City & supplies & coordinating. Our old dinosaur unit wasn't light & in the ceiling & these 2 guys made it look like a breeze. I was even able to continue to operate. These guys saved our tails. Excellent quality & pricing. They get all my business now. Relationship builders. Michael from One Way Air was so fast and efficient when coming to my home to fix my A/C problem. He fixed it in about 30 minutes after arriving. They were very affordable as well. Thank you so much Michael for helping us. We really appreciate it! Will be using them again. 😊

Air was working all day. Came home from dinner to find it not working and house quite warm. Called One Way Air who sent Chase out within a half hour. He found the problem quickly and advised us on some maintenance tips. We would highly recommend One Way Air and Chase!!!

Great experience, solved a huge problem for us immediately that another company had the opportunity to make right. Had an issue the other day and Chase was right over to lean put the drain as it was getting hot in the house and i have a home daycare. Kyle is professional and responds quickly, love that they are so knowledgeable, and work hard to resolve issues quickly.👍thanks also to the duct work installers! That's hard hot work here!

Messaged them through their website for a service call because my unit wasn’t cooling and they responded within minutes. They told me they would be available in about 2 hours so I was glad that they could come the same day. Alexis called me a few minutes later and informed that he can come right away so already I was impressed. He came did a thorough inspection of the unit inside and out and even clean the drain line and figured out what the problem was. The price for the service is reasonable and I even signed up for ongoing maintenance plan. I recommend

This company gets a 10/10! Previously, we got a brand new 2020 AC unit installed by another AC company and they really really screwed us over. We were out of town and our house sitter had notice the AC not working and it turns out the it was completely frozen and leaking- we had a broken fan. We really didn’t know what to do, and obviously the old company we called wanted $100 just to even come LOOK at it, then on-top of that they didn’t want honor our warranty and really didn’t care. We literally didn’t know what to do, we were extremely upset and angry, 2 year old AC and already disappointing. My boyfriend looked around online and found this company “ONE WAY AIR” and THANK GOD we found them. They wasted no time and got to our house ASAP they inspected the problem and turns out the previous installer really messed up several technical things and wiring. This company literally saved us. They replaced and fixed everything- unfortunately the fan they has replaced also had an issue and we called and the owner himself drove over no time wasted and completely reworked and fixed everything (even the thermostat) and got us a working fan with warranty and all for a totally reasonable price. This company is seriously awesome and we are happy to have found someone we can trust! They will go out of their way to actually help you, and even clean up someone else mistake without complain- even when it’s a technical disaster like ours. Our AC has been working better than ever, thank you so much you guys really are great. We know who to call if need be!

Chase was awesome! He quickly figured out what the problem was then explained what our options were and what we needed to do next. We decided to bite the bullet and just get a new HVAC system. Chase then got us a good deal on a new system that included a 10-year warranty. The next day two technicians worked very hard and long pulling out the old units and installing new ones. Very courteous and polite. Highly recommend Chase and the rest of his team at One Way Air!

House was 99 inside called them told me 15mins and they came out and got our ac working again. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Now we are calling them again to come out deep clean our blower and get ride of the mold. Not as expensive as we thought and totally worth having them come out. Thank you guys for your service and efficiency in getting our houses ac up and running again while not killing our bank accounts.
