The responsiveness and efficiency of his entire staff is truly first rate. From the intial contact, to quote, installation and follow up after the service..I was constantly updated and informed. I felt I got a great system at a very competitive price... the in field technicians didn't try to upsell me something I didn't need.. Just good, honest service. AC Pro came within 2 hours of our 18 year old AC struggling to cool our house. They waved the diagnostic call out fee, as we made the decision to install a new AC. A few days later a new one was installed and we are delighted with it. Good price. Cool comfortable nights
