AC Pros

I called in yesterday and they responded in the afternnoon with Mark. He was exactly what I wanted. Smart and had 17 years of experience. He went to work right away a started to trouble shoot the problem. He was getting some bad reading on his equipment as it had become wet working in the rain the day before. He contacted another tech and they decided his meter was bad. They put a plan in place together for me get some help the next day.

Andrew showed up in the morning, also very knowledgeable and very tech savvy, he jump right into the problem and had it fixed in short order.
Needless to say I was impressed by the quality of professional in organization both in personal interaction and knowledge.
They notified me the time of their arrival and again when they where on their way.
This a quality company with quality employees, a ;leisure to do business with now and in the future. As a former maintrnance superintendent in a chemical plant I highly recomend AC pros.

Wonderful company! I could not be more pleased. I had a full new AC unit installed along with all new ducts in my 2nd floor condo. From start to finish everyone was wonderful. Andrew Friedman took the time to go over my new system multiple times, ensure I was going to have adequate air, spent time explaining the details and willing to work with my condo association. Wes Johnson, owner, called me to make sure I understood all the details and differences before I contracted with them. It was nice to hear an owner tell you they want your business and make you feel your business was important - especially in these times. Their installers, Joshua and Erik were unbelievable. Hard workers, nonstop in a hot attic for two days and never heard them complain. They were very professional, personal and NEAT! Their work in my attic is artwork. At the end, even after payment, Corinne Todd and Andrew took the time to call me to make sure I was satisfied with all the work and to let me know if there are any problems, to call them. I would definitely recommend.

AC Pros did a great job for me today and always with there service and professionalism. Mark the technician came out for an emergency repair and walked me through the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently at the right price. Highly recommended in a world of low integrity and a money grab it’s nice to get it straight and concise.

When our AC decided to fail us last Christmas (about to travel) we were in a bit of a panic. Not only did Todd and his team respond in a timely fashion, they offered fans etc. to keep us comfortable until the new unit was installed. They offer multiple options at multiple price points. The entire process was comfortable and seamless. We appreciated that all communication could be electronic if we desired. If it's important to you like it is to me, you will enjoy their level of organization and cleanliness. Our experience from start to finish was so great we have signed up for a multi-year service plan. Living in Florida year round, having a reliable HVAC service is imperative. We are super thankful we found AC Pros.
